Do you believe history repeats itself? What does that mean for JW's?

it could have to do with the fact that wt's official position on the bible is that is has been altered over time, and they have done their best to "restore" it the way they think it must have been, despite have zero manuscript evidence to do so.
but this only got me studying more in depth the history of jw teachings, and caused me lose faith in the bible.. what can you conclude if a religion has made literally hundreds of changes to its teachings in just over 100 years?

Today, I got an reply to my inquiry some weeks ago:
We’re glad to hear that our movie sparks interest. “Worlds Apart” has received lots of positive attention in Germany. While we cannot yet say exactly when the movie will open in Germany, I have the assurances of the producer that German audiences will get the chance to see it in theatres.

No, most people do not want to see for themselves. Most people usually relie on people that say that they haved checked for them.
EX-JW might be different. I for example get very suspicious when people push like WAC, For the time being, I have checked what I could. I will let you know when I get a reply from the German politician.
Of course, you still have to see for yourself.

Is apostate really a "sociological term", to me it is rather theological.

as i recall, instead of saying "lucky", witnesses are "counseled" to employ the term forunate.
the problem is this - the roman goddess of good luck was named fortuna; her greek equivalent was named tyche.

May I remind you that you referred in the "procedding article" to a German report and relied on an inaccurate translation? I understood the original.
