  jw sisters are forbidden to read any elder book any or anything for elder eyes only yet ms appleseed who is considerd an wt expert is a practicing catholic part of babylon the great can read all this info in fact they give it to her.

  Smiddy, if I had been an obedient/submissive elders wife an never permitted to see the "Elders eyes only" books I'd be a bit pissed off by now...a worldly/catholic drip under pressure has beaten them to it. Great point !!!!

  How to spot: a single JW sister

  i remember this time of year when jw's desend en mass on one area.

  a fun game to play is "spot the..." whatever jw walking stereotype you choose.. so i thought i would play it with you guys, starting with how to spot a single jw sister.. i say, she will be dressed up to the nines, probably over dressed in fact, have hair immaculately coffied, make up plastered on, towering heels and be smiling at every brother in site.

  all they need is a sign saying "pioneer, virgin, available for marriage!".

  So many nice young witnesses have a very small pool of eligible brothers/sisters to choose from which is also such a pity and often doesn't end happily.

  In Australia we have had some very controversial court cases eg, Azaria Chamberlain "dingo got baby" "expert evidence" actually perverted the course of justice and large compensation payouts where awarded.

  Dr. Applewhite is not an expert in the sexual abuse of children nor in totality of the WT polices and practices. Having the letters Dr. before your name doesn't mean you're an expert

  Monica Applewhite, a clinical social worker and an expert on child sexual abuse, testified for defendants that Watchtower’s policy against “disclosing private information . . . very closely mirror[ed]” the codes of ethics of the National Association of Social Workers and the American Counseling Association. Based on her review of the evidence, Applewhite opined that the Congregation never put Kendrick “into a position that required or allowed him to be alone with children, to be in supervision of children, [or] to spend time with children away from their families.” Because the church’s activities did not separate children from their parents, Appelwhite opined that its best means of protecting children was to educate parents about child sexual abuse, and it exceeded the standard of care for such education in the 1990’s. According to Applewhite, the elders met the standard of care in Kendrick’s case when they left it up to Evelyn and her daughter whether to tell the police about the abuse he admitted, and “they kept a special watch on him and paid attention to whether or not he had any inappropriate contact with children within the meetings at Kingdom Hall.”

  I Made the Literature Trolley Run Away Today - Twice

  i popped into town this morning to buy an anniversary card for mrs cofty.

  it is market day on a saturday and it's tourist season so the town was very busy.

  here is a picture of the scene from a year ago... two cult carts were in their favourite place being guarded by none other than one of the elders who was on my judicial committee, his wife and another jw woman in her electric disability buggy.

  I have tried to calmly and respectfully talk to the trolley people! Nx time will follow your lead and have a specific topic and stick to it. Amazing how defensive and panicked they get. Poor things the WT expects so much from them and gives them so little training and support!!!!!
