Do you think "Blondie" is addicted to reading Watchtowers and Awakes?
by booker-t ini remember when i was a "devout" jws i could not wait to get the new watchtowers and awakes from the wednesday nite theocratic ministry school.
i would actually salivate thinking of the new information jehovah had in the magazines for us.
i was "franatical" and i would go home still in my three piece suit and devour the magazines that very nite.

Do you Trust the writings of 2,000 years ago?
by braincleaned indo you trust the bible, and it's scientific accuracy on creation for example.. do you believe it still holds moral values, expressed in the perfect example of it's god?.
do you believe in it's prophesies?.
then let me invite you to doctor holymann's hospital.. you can trust him with your child's or your own surgery and medicine.. he has ignored all the nonsense of modern medical science, and still operates on the knowledge he has from 2,000 years ago.. .

Yes, it's perfect example of a crazyass nutjob of a God who has short man syndrome, narcissism, and pedophilia all rolled up into one. I don't think so.

I want to check out the following:
(1) Unitarian Universalist congregation in Ft. Worth
(2) A Buddhist Temple, would love to visit Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia and hang out with Talesin
(3) The Bonneville Salt Flats during Speed Week which to me would probably be the most spiritual place of the three.
Otherwise, no.

This is what I sent. I understand other's thoughts but my feelings were that in writing the letter this way, short and blunt, that I took all of the power from them. I stated that I was in charge and thyat was final.
I also felt good about the quotations around religion and the "myriad" comment was my own little subtle & personal jibe considering that I was baptized at the DC in 1988 at the Myriad Convention Center in OKC.
To: The Body of Elders of the Mineral Wells congregation
This is to inform you that I no longer wish to be associated with your group. I do not now claim to be a member of your “religion”, nor have I for quite some time. The myriad reasons why, are mine and mine alone, and none of your business.
Don’t come to my house or work. I do not wish to speak with any of you.
Don’t contact my wife. She’s doesn’t attend your congregation, so leave her alone.
You may contact me by phone at 940-445-**** to confirm this letter.
Thank You

How much you want to bet that if some enterprising Brother builds his own cart instead of using the cult approved variety that he quickly gets a cease and desist from the local BOE?
I do like the point made that they're tied to a fixed location and can't cut and run under the pressure of a knowledgable questioner. Let the Youtubing begin!
