i decided to take in my first meeting today in an effort to better understand my girlfriend's family.
to be honest, i am not looking forward to this at all.
i know most all the people i am going to meet are nice and mean well.

and all the classic r rated (or otherwise offensive to delicate jw sensibilities) movies i must have missed.. i am not easily offended now, and am open to pretty much any genre.. i have a lot of catching up to do, so i could use some help-.

searchingforfriends and i will be taking a cruise out of miami next week and when we return we will have 2 extra full days in southern florida area before we fly back home.
any floridians have some good suggestions?
we were thinking about driving down to the keys and staying in the key largo area and exploring all that stuff.
I have a follow up question for those familiar with the Miami area. You definitely seem to get a lot more for your money for the hotels in the Miami area. Key Largo looks to only be 75 - 90 minutues away from Miami. We have found the hotels in Key Largo and surrounding towns to be kind of so-so unless you fork over a bunch of cash for the higher end hotels. However, in Miami you can get quite a bit for even less than the cheapest hotel in Key Largo.
Just wondering if anyone definitely think we should stay in Key Largo or if you think it will be just fine to dive down and stay in Miami??

I know the Mac and PC quite well. For general every day use I much prefer the PC. Macs are fun and pretty, but don't find them to be as useful as a PC.
Despite what most everyone thinks, Macs are definitely vulnerable to viruses and have a plentiful amount of security flaws. Macs were never targeted for viruses because they only have a few % market share of total computers in the world. With its new found popularity and increased market share it is becoming a bigger target, therefore people are creating viruses that will attack its known OS vulnerabilities.
Just a few months ago, someone won $10,000 for hacking in to the new Mac Air laptop in under 2 minutes. There were a large number of security patches released last year for the Mac as well.
No matter what you select you will have to deal with security flaws and viruses.

just got home from 2 nights in the hospital.
i was kicked by a horse.
broke the big bone out of the joint and busted the small bone... which was just one layer of tissue from being a compound fracture.. doc reduced the dislocation while i was concious... i dont think we need to experience that sensation again.
