Blood transfusions and blood fractions
by Whynot ini have been reading some medical journals on blood transfusions, blood fractions and its components, antibodies, etc.
it's like another language so i find myself researching the medical terms just so i can understand somewhat.
ajwrb.org has been absolutely helpful.

There's no need to overcomplicate it.
All thats needed is to understand two simple and profoundly liberating concepts:
Q. What does blood symbolize in the Bible?
A. It symbolizes the soul, the life, of the creature.
Q. In the Bible, the prohibition on blood always involved the death of a soul. Does a blood transfusion involve the death of a soul?
A. No, a blood transfusion does not involve the death of the soul giving the blood. There is no loss of life by the giver of blood, and so it has no symbolic value in Gods eyes. Therefore a blood transfusion is scriptually permissible.

God always intended to let us have sovereignty of our own destiny and rule ourselves, just like any normal parent wants their children to mature and be independent adults with sovereignty over their own lives. It was only a matter of time. If we were incapable of ruling ourselves and needed God to always rule over us, then we wouldn't be in God's image. Humankind would be like an intellectually disabled child that always needed its fathers basic help.
Satan merely brought the whole programme forward and successfully argued that humankind must learn morality the hard way, through it's own brutal experience. Jehovah knew this from the start and acceded.
This is why God is aloof and will never intervene. We are on its image and will achieve moral maturity eventually, albeit through the school of hard knocks.

Research help needed: knowledge of Knights Templar and Masonic history vital
by Fay Dehr ini am in conversation with a uk historian regarding some knights templar locations, where jws have built buildings.
*** this is serious research - not a joke *** .
i am not - and do not wish to be - a conspiracy theorist, but something has come to light in the uk and i lack the knowledge of knights templar + masons.

I admire your research Fay. A lot of people will vehemently deny it on here but the WBTS has had strong Masonic connections since day one.

Austria Begins Closing Mosques and Deporting Imams
by cofty inaustria, a member of the eu since 1995, is a country of 8.8 million people with a muslim population of around 600,000 mostly turkish immigrants.
in 2015 it passed an 'islam law' prohibiting foreign funding of religious groups and creating a duty for muslim organisations to have 'a positive fundamental view towards state and society'.. many mosques in austria have continued to receive money from turkish muslim organisations so the new right-wing government have decided to enforce the law.
seven mosques have been identified for closure and 60 imams are to be either deported or refused visas.

Good for you Austria, a courageous example to the rest of Europe! Any religion that causes harm and death through radical ideas, eg, banning blood transfusions, should be outlawed.

Joseph Rutherford = Donald Trump
by Wild_Thing ini have been rereading a lot about rutherford lately; about his personality and the kind of person he was.
i have come to the conclusion that he was a lot like donald trump.. he was an accused womanizer.. he was a narcissist with a self inflated ego.
he claimed to be persecuted by the media all the time.

For god's sake. Does Donald Trump have to be a reference point for every character assassination?

Will Artificial Intellegence Make The Human Race Extinct?
by Brokeback Watchtower ini think it is inevitable.
i don't worry about it but it just seems that the human race is going down a road that they can't make a turn off.. they are probing/discovering how the human mind works and produces intelligence down to the individual molecule.
now with the invention of the super quantum computer soon we will be able to build even better artificial intelligence greater than our own, so it will be easily able to out smart us because will we be a bunch of dumb apes first discovering how to make fire in it's eyes.. it will have it's own different agendas than us humans.

Ironic that you spelt intelligence wrong in the heading though.

No Bible = No God?
by menrov insome doubt about the bible completely, some partially.
what if the bible turns out to be a product of humans, nothing divine.
would you still believe in a creator?.

Before the Bible was written or any other ancient 'holy book', what did people worship?
Mostly the sun. The sun gives us light, warmth, it moves in the sky, its visible, etc.
Makes a lot more sense to worship the sun as our creator than any God of ancient scripture who can't be seen, doesn't communicate, doesn't intervene, doesn't do anything, just appears in a lot of ancient crazy stories.
