Alright,i'm running a little late cause i had an unexpected flat tire..but,i'm back from the gym,and here now...with today's numbers..1450 calories burned on the treads..consisting of a 45min session which netted me 616,then a 1hr session netting me 834,for a grand total of 1450,that's not incl 30mins of weights afterwards.-KS

i've been on a diet for a year and a half and have lost 130 pounds.
weight loss has slowed down, so i need more focus and more exercise.

I don't think it really has a meaning...I think you're born,you live,you die,and that's it..But then again,i believe that this is all just entertainment for Heaven's inhabitant's...Some people never get the punchline till they're on their "death bed"..the purpose of life..is simply to live life,have fun,and be entertaining...by the time a person dies,his "purpose"has been fulfilled and he's already been recast,as he replaced the person before him..but that's just my take_KS

Just in from the gym...::drumroll::...the calories burned for today:1257 ...and i'm feeling great....just between yesterday and today's net,i'm 329 cals over my goal thus far.
As an added bonus,a "sister" from my old cong i faded from showed up at the gym,i never broke my stride,lmao...As i was ending the first session on the treads..i could feel her watching me from the back of the gym where she was,i guess,hiding,lol...When i got off to write my first total,and get more water..she couldn't avoid walking towards me like she done when she first came in,when i saw in my periph view she had the look of panic on her face,i looked up and gave her my trademark smile/smirk...she was in the gym a total of 15 mins cause she left when i was 10 mins into my next treads session..i hope she starts going to the one in the next town over that a witness couple owns cause i'm gonna try some of those chicks in there soon,and i don't need my fade screwed by her..

by Thinking of Leaving ini was watching a 2004 (re-run) episode of average joe hawaii and larissa picked the handsome, muscular man over the loving, patient, understanding not so cute man.
i'm not sure if you're familiar with the show but in it this beautiful model/actress has to choose between an average joe and a good looking guy.
they started her off with 16 average looking men and eventually threw in 8 good looking ones to heat things up a bit.

yes... also an alternative religion like jw and mormons.. like there are tons of rich scientologists in tom cruise world.. and i know that in jw there are some wealthy people.. but i tell you, in jw the overall feel is that being poor is glorified.. my experience is there is a ton of descrimination in the organization.

Yeah that would have bugged me too TNAngel,i usually try and leave in the neighboorhood,of 25-35% on a tip,ESPECIALLY if i got something cheap,then i have gone up to 50%..I don't even bother going into a resturant unless i have enough for a decent tip.
When i read your experience,it reminded me of the post memorial dinner back in '00 at a local resturant,because we were such a large party all the servers were extra attentive,and while everyone was eating and talking about how good the food was,getting their drinks refill damn near before they were completely empty...when it was came time to pay the checks and come up with tips,that's when people started showing their arses.
Me and them(about 15) almost got into an argument cause after they wanted all these exotic checking methods..10 of the 15 got up and tried to leave without leaving a tip...I said "Wait,what about the tip?" loud enough for the nearby tables to overhear..they turned around an almost unanimous look of embarassment and terror..and said"we left ours..look on the table..it's there..." i said"nah..i see mine,and started naming off the people i watched leave a tip" then i said"maybe y'all thought y'all left a tip,but it ain't here" their terror started to turn to passive aggressive anger..so i told them "You know what? y'all go ahead we got this(me and my friend),we'll go ahead and put a tip down for y'all since y'all don't mind "bringing reproach on Jehovah's name" ESPECIALLY after we just came from memorial too..but nevermind that,that's between you and him i suppose.."
They made excuses,and muttered under their breaths,but they came out with some tips,the killer part about it..is that these people were actually pretty "well off",they weren't hurting for cash..they just wanted to be typical "wealthy class" trash,who looked down on,and try to abuse the less fortunate because they have the upper hand..well I let them know quick..they do that when they're not around me....when they are around me they're gonna do things like they know they should have done them from the start,they're not gonna embarrass me..they will be the ones to take the walk of shame,alone.
After me and my friend walked outside,the waitress came out and thanked us for what we did,so for just that,it was worth it to me.
