Two old ladies sell property and donate entire amount to WTS
by MaybeSo ini am enraged..... two older sisters sold a property and gave the entire sales amount as donation to this printing corporation.
how much is this corporation going to take from these poor people??
these old ladies think they did a great and wonderful act towards wt as if it was given to god himself.

Ughhhh.... I'm with the others.... Nobody should be financially supporting them when they chose to donate the whole thing. Why in the world would they want to be such a burden to their family members when they didn't have to be?????? -

YOUR DAILY JOURNAL
by compound complex indear friends,.
much of what we do on a daily basis is routine and of no particular, earth-shaking importance.
however, after reviewing letters of family going back to wwii, it is fascinating to read what dad was doing on board the aircraft carrier in the pacific on any old day, what mom was cooking on her ever-steaming range, how i was dealing with the roller coaster of emotion at bethel [mom saved all my letters], how nana wrote that she would not study with the witnesses [per my request] but 'here are some mittens i knitted for you when you canvass new york with your magazines.

Dagney, thanks for bringing up Crumpet. I've often thought about her over the years. She was always so sincere and sweet. I thought she was dating another ex-JW from the forum. Is that correct?
Let her know we still think about her....

Hi CC!!!
I'm so glad you are doing well. This thread has meant a lot to me over the years and so haven't you...
You asked a very good question... I've taken the time to really contemplate because I wasn't sure at first....
I'm going to keep walking. Keep finding out what other doors there are to open.
Thank you for being you.
Warm regards,
Amanda (Cognac)

how do you get people to mind their own buiseness without coming off as rude?.
i was invited to a jw gathering last night.

Honestly, I think that just comes with time.
For me, I was so terrified of these questions. Over the years, as I got away from the cult more and more I began little by little viewing them as silly.
IMO, just give yourself some time....

Dear Cc,
I miss this thread... How have you been?
My Nana is in the hospital. I'm worried. Not sure she will make it out....
As happy as I am, there's been a lot of hard doors to walk through lately....
Warm regards,
