Oh hell yes Hansen, me and my fellow immoral sister at the time we had just came out of their little back room (judicial committee meeting) chamber of horrors, we were told to set down in the main auditorium so naturally we sat next to each other we were not kissing or having sex mind you, we were just setting there being good little boys and girls. There was this elder I had known for years he was standing there telling us we could not set next to each other I ignored him, so he yelled at us and demanded that we separate right now! The shit hit the fan, I walked over to him and cold cocked him on the floor then went and sat down again next to her. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Oh god, I have been there and done that what a mistake. I got involved with this lovely, after the fact she felt the insatiable need to confess herself to the elders, I told oh bull shit I don’t want to but I did like a chump. As it turned out, they decided to disfellowship us and they seemed to enjoy doing it a lot. So, after they tell us we will be disfellowshiped for having good whoopee, (she) says she wants to appeal it, I tell them not me, go ahead do your crap I don’t care, (which I didn’t). She drags it out, all the way through the appeal process like the stupid freak she is, rather than just enjoying what has happened, like most women she had to make a big production of it, I looked at her and said oh! Bitch Please!

I stopped attending, my wife wants to check out the Hall
by Leprechaun inyes i gave up the cult like ways of the dubs, but to be fair to my sweet wife, she wants to check out the meetings based on her hearing the phone tie in from my moms house where we live and reading a few tracts, ( i am neither lord nor master over my wife,) so we are going to the hall this morning to listen to the circuit overseers visit and main talk.. after i take her there i asked her if she would go with me to a baptist church near us to see the difference how they treat me there, (i was desfellowshipped then reinstated) and the general over all fellowship that i feel should be a mark of real christianity, - .

I had to chuckle tonight while listening to the tie in.
by Leprechaun ini heard one elder say after everyone tried to sing one of their jacked up songs they have now, he said wow now that is a twisted rendition.. ( think there are a lot of people getting fed up with this direction of worshiping the governing body ) .

The Governing Body just does not get it, they portray themselves as intellectuals of the scriptures but have missed its basic message and it is staring them right in the face. If they could only shed their deeply entrenched cult mentality that they are so flagrantly showing, then they would put many of their present member at ease, and their past members who have stopped would possibly reconsider. The fact that so much emphasis is being placed on recognizing the governing body in song and study articles, should cause one to pause and take notice.

Did You Exit the Witnesses Due to Injustices / Difference with Doctrine-Both?
by flipper inmany of us leave due to injustices committed inside the organization.
i did initially.
i had doubts about some doctrines for years - but not until after leaving the witnesses was i free to be able to confirm my suspicions and see that yes, i did have valid reasons to have doubts all those years .

'Did You Exit the Witnesses Due to Injustices / Difference with Doctrine-Both?'
I guess in my case it was when I went to their so called Judicial Committee meeting” for personal reasons and seen that they are just as messed up as I am, and yet they are going to direct someone else; like their asking very personal questions pertaining to sexual relations and how it was accomplished, I could actually see some of them were getting off on asking the questions that never got answered, I told them you bunch of sick perverts. But what topped off the list was how they insisted that I not go to the legal authorities concerning my daughter being molested by a sick MF’er in the holy Kingdom Hall. *%ing @^^holes!

REINSTATEMENT !
by iknowall558 inluke 15 : 7 says : - .
"i tell you that thus there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner that repents than over ninety nine righteous ones who have no need of repentance.".
within the organization, the requirements for reinstatement of those who are disfellowshipped are 'repentance' of any any previous actions and attitude ; a demonstration of no longer practicing whatever 'sin' you got disfellowshipped for, as well as demonstrating submissiveness to the elders, the regulations, and the f&d slave.

(You say) MY QUESTION IS : If these 'requirements' are MET, and the person is reinstated, then WHY are they still put under restriction and not allowed certain privileges until the elders see fit, .... like... - commenting at meetings, being involved in demonstrations, or giving talks in the TMS ? They will of course, like everyone else be expected to go out in Field Service...which we all know is the 'higher' privilege. I dont think its a case that their 'usefulness' is being called into question....so whats the deal ?
Have you ever stopped to consider that maybe the Witness’s are not of god and that god is not really NOT using them as they boast so readily?
