  Oh let me see, I do miss falling into a deep sleep during the WT study and circuit conventions, and eating cheese danish’s and having sticky fingers and spilling my Coke on the floor.

  Is it acceptable for JWs to put flowers on a loved one's grave?

  i want to go and put some flowers on my grandma's grave.

  she died 9 years ago feb 19. i haven't been out there since the funeral.

  i can't remember where the cemetary is, and i will have to ask my jw relatives (who don't know my status) where she is buried.

  It just amazes me and flabbergasts me, how so many people from the Jehovah’s Witnesses and other control groups will so nonchalantly, abide by anything and everything that the hierarchy suggests; or more aptly tells them to do. My god people wake up, you should not even have to ask such questions, if you have to ask such questions then this in and of its self, should tell you that you are in a CULT. Duh!

  So which makes more sense? Sex or no sex in the "new system"?

  obviously jah wouldn't allow for millions of pregnancies in the new system for fear of the same problem today of overpopulation.

  so would he throw in sex but not allow for the women to become pregnant?

  or would there be just no sex at all?

  Let me tell you something right quick, if there is not going to be sex in the new order when I have a young body again "well”, then they can keep it. Because when I was a young lad I would joust my way through the day from the time I woke up till I went to sleep again, and I think it was a blessing; Praise the Lord.

  This is Great Tribulation food to use

  there is no real recipe... but i can explain how to make it.. 1) hard boil 8-10 eggs, peel and shell then set aside.. 2) fry up 1 pound of bacon.. 3) in a pot, thicken bacon grease up with flour to make a thick paste.. 4) add about 1/2 to 3/4 a gallon of milk to thickened bacon grease.. 5) stir with wisk till bacon grease dissolves into milk.

  continue stirring and slowly bring to a boil.. milk will thicken into a gravy...be careful not to scorch.. 6) crunch up bacon and add to gravy.. 7) cut up boiled eggs into small chunks and add to gravy.. 8) season gravy with salt and pepper.. pour gravy over biscuits, or hot cakes or even toast and enjoy.

  hi all, this is my first post.

  but i was one of those kids that was born into the whole jw thing, and like a good little witness kid i did everything i was supposed to do to please my parents (mainly my mom my dad's an unbeliever).

  my mom was very strict with me when it came to everything they taught, no holiday parttys at school, no sports, no worldy friends, i was only supposed to associate with other jw kids (my mom is one of those extremist jws, she says she doesn't judge, but she's a perfect example of one one of those sisters with the holier than thou attitude).

  That is the way with being a Jehovah’s Witness, if you get to the age where you want to use the gray matter in your skull, then the elders say your “Running ahead” or your Being Disobedient to your parents or those Taking Lead in the congregation . If you don’t have the time to go from door to door because youur providing for your family or going to some kind of school, or if you’re a father or mother with kids and come home from work so friggen tired that you just flop on the lazy boy, rather than hurry up and get ready for the meeting to listen some stupid shit elder, tell you all the things you’re not doing that is going to provoke the elders of the congregation to chastise you ninety five times or provoke god to turn you into Bird Food.

  So, think for yourself my friend, trust me; If everyone is thinking alike" No One is thinking at all.

  i attended the todays wt study and got notice of the illustration of jesus doing away capitol hill and barack obama.. i think the illustration passed the juridical advisors of the wts, having a blackout!

  of are they trying to reach the anti government people like the tea party idiots with this kind of propaganda illustrations?.

  is this a signal that the wts is anti democrats, anti obama?.

  I have found that the whole scheme of the watchtower organization boils down to this one definition:

  It is clusterfuck, this any operation with too many leaders leading too many people at cross purposes and laboring under the illusion that there is a unified purpose, and a brilliant plan. It might as well be a bunch of people bumping into each other and trying to fuck as if in an orgy but they are just too confused by the brilliance of their leaders (also confused) I think, it was originally a military slang term but it can be honestly applied to corporate America or the WTBTS which is simply a corporation (now that’s a redundancy if there ever was one!) http://peteashton.com/2002/11/clusterfuck/

  JWs doctrine is a comprehensive falsehood

  i have been reading through djeggnog's posts.

  this man is a wt doctrine expert, it's scary.. i think him, and a lot of wt junkies i know believe in this wacky theology so much because they have literally tomes of analysis on it.

  every argument we have every come up with (and some we have not) seem to have been discovered by the wt leaders and incorporated into their immense theology.. the problem is, that it is littered with fallacious logic and outright falsehood.. but the devout members (like djeggnog) stand by the whole because they are so proud of the comprehensive theology they have created.
