An experiment: Open House for Demons
by return of parakeet ini feel cheated that never, not once, as a dub or as a ex-dub, did i experience the presence, manifestation, or just-things-flying-around, of demons.
not so much as a teacup levitating from its saucer.
no inexplicable cold spots.

If you drink coffee . . .
by compound complex indo you prefer regular brew or the fancy offerings?
can you drink it -- the leaded stuff -- any time, night or day?.
no survey here, just curious.

BAM!
** edit: It's missing a large glass of fresh iced green tea on the side which it is served with at all coffee houses **

Having travelled rather extensively I found Vietnamese coffee in the Dalat region one of the finest on the planet. The quality of the arabica beans was purely exceptional and I like my coffee min-blowingly strong. Even so, it was smooth as a baby's bottom. :D
Vietnamese coffee is something you will have to google - it's usually iced and put in brewing pots that slowly drip down. Stuffing the coffee in takes practice as does the grinding. It's a real ritual in Vietnam and is something that men do around 10am every day.
For around the house I drink expresso with hot water - I haven't owned a coffee maker in many years and don't intend on buying one ever again. Expresso and water is the way to go. :)

Anyone Else See Les Miserables?
by BizzyBee ini went to see it today - by myself (mr bee is on a golf junket).
i was glad that that i was by myself because i cried so much at the end, i wouldn't have wanted to be with anyone who wasn't crying - and that would not have been mr bee!.
les miserables the current film is adapted from what is considered one of the half-dozen greatest novels of the past 150 years and one of the longest novels ever written.

I openly sobbed throughout the entire performance. People moved away from me...

Is it wrong to stay in?
by confusedteenager ini feel like, i don't believe in the majority of what the gb teaches, but all of my friends and family are invested in this organization and i feel it would be easier on me to just play the part and continue going through the motions then try to leave right now.
is this taking the coward way out?.
i just feel like i wouldn't have much to look forward if i stepped away..

Yeah, don't do anything rash. Take lots of time to think about it.
