holy crap it's hotter than hell out there!!

i know, i know, i had bitched back in early may cause it was snowing outside, but this is crazy!

right now, it's 30 celcius, or 86 fairenheit outside.

Today it is just gorgeous out. About mid-70's and low humidity. But tomorrow it is going to get hot again and storms tomorrow and Thursday. It's supposed to be in the low to mid 80's this weekend; but don't know about the humidity. I just hope it's not too bad on Saturday for our apostafest here in Wisconsin.

Nah. Heck...I'm having one at my house this weekend!! When I went to order the cake I wanted it to say: "FREEDOM" 1st Annual Apostacheesebeerfest! The lady gave me a look like...are you nuts? So I got a chance to "anti-witness" and tell her the story behind the cake.

I think people will behave themselves. We aren't too wild and crazy here. Well...maybe a little wild and crazy. But not totally wild and crazy where someone would be offended. Just ordinary and average wild and crazy.

wow, yeah i was looking fr the theocratic ministry school oral review questions and i came across an apostate site!

the site was www.jehovahs-witness.com and was just fill of retarded apostates!

they were not only using a domain name and header name that denotes a conection with the actual watchtower society, but where using it to blasphem the jehovah's true organization in order to help people break away.

Would you go to a funeral at the Kingdom Hall?

so my brother and i have been having talks about what will happen when our dad passes away eventually.

most of his brothers and sisters have died in their 50's or early 60's.

i flat out refuse to attend any part of the service that would be done at the kingdom hall.

Ahhhhhhhh Dustin...isn't it a shame that we have to worry about such things? But we do. Gary and I went to a funeral at a KH last year...but it wasn't in Point...so that made a difference. But it was very hard and like Blondie said...listening to the funeral "LECTURE" was one of those gagging moments.

My mom is in her mid 80's and not in the best of health. She and my sister shun me (though I'm not DF'd or DA'd). If they don't want to have anything to do with me while they are alive...why would they want me at their funeral? No. I wouldn't go for my mom or sister. The ties have been broken and can't be mended. Why put yourself through such agony? Just my opinion.

We shouldn't have to make decisions like this...but the JW cult forces us into these situations.

A Dream Come True!

my husband was on the phone with the elder who was the po at the time of the great "wedding fiasco".

let's just say my husband initiated the conversation (i can't go into details) and just before he hung up i said something i've been wanting to say for almost 6 years!

i yelled at the top of my lungs: (now mind you; i was only about a foot from the phone) f**k you!!!

Well Mr. Rev...he could tell I was getting rather disturbed by the conversation (thus the foaming of the mouth and the wild jumping up and down). But it was the perfect end to the call...after I yelled my famous two words...he just said..."BY" and hung up the phone and gave me a big smile! Ahhhhh...isn't love grand?

Elder Condemned Me to Death

i have been thinking about this because of another post where the question asks have any of us ever been blackmailed to stay in the watchtower organization.. no, i won't say i was blackmailed; however, after i wrote my note of disassociation, the congregation overseer wanted to visit me in my home with two other elders.

i repeatedly said no, that i would not allow them to chastise me in my own home.

therefore, all of my conversations were over the phone with the overseer.

Sheryl Crow and Lance are still an "item". She's all over him at the end of the race...PU...he sure must stink!

After today...Lance is, I think, about 38 seconds ahead of this young whipper snapper who is probably going to take his place in the future tours...and is Lance's only real competition so far. Most other racers are at least 2 to 4 minutes behind. I think this weekend in the huge mountains again (Pyrenee's...spelling?)...Lance will make his move to distance himself from the other riders. Or...maybe he just doesn't have the legs to beat a 24 year old?

I still love it.
