Very good advice... otherwise, if there is something wrong, you risk doing greater damage.

I tore my meniscus while I was playing basketball years ago. I had arthroscopy to correct the torn cartilage, and it was a relatively smooth operation, easy recovery, minimal pain.
I made the mistake of playing Vollyball a few months later and, I guess my knee was still weak because when I pivoted, the entire joint slipped and I tore the ACL and MCL.
That was EXTREMELY painful. I had surgery to fix everything... They did a full knee reconstruction using the center of my patellar tendon and some small screws.
The recovery time for that was a bit longer... I think I was in bed for a couple of days and hobbling around on crutches for a few weeks.

Feeling like an oddball at school and work, being criticised for just about everything, backstabbing "friends" that you have to keep accepting...
Having to hear how wonderful everything is, and how happy everybody is when you know otherwise.
I could go on.

I hate to see news headings like this because they are taken out of context by JW's and used as fuel for the "Revelation Grand Climax" BS fire.
It's lust like earthquake and natural disaster news... JW "last days" chatter increases exponentially whenever something bad happens.

The World's Largest Swimming Pool - WOW!
by AK - Jeff inhttp://www.victory-cruises.com/pool.html.
it is more than 1,000 yards long, covers 20 acres, has a 115-foot deep end, and holds 66 million gallons of water: this one took five years to build, cost nearly 1 billion, and the annual maintenance bill will be 2 million.. .

Socrates refuted the title when the Oracle of Delphi declared him to be the wisest man alive.
He said that he was only wise because he was willing to admit how little he really knew.
JW's think they have all of the answers because the "FDS" has provided them in a neat little package.
I am only smarter in that I can look beyond the WT's veil of ignorance, and continue my own quest for answers.

I noticed quite a few empty seats at our last CA... (maybe 20-25% empty)
