  I hate to see news headings like this because they are taken out of context by JW's and used as fuel for the "Revelation Grand Climax" BS fire.

  It's lust like earthquake and natural disaster news... JW "last days" chatter increases exponentially whenever something bad happens.

  Socrates refuted the title when the Oracle of Delphi declared him to be the wisest man alive.

  He said that he was only wise because he was willing to admit how little he really knew.

  JW's think they have all of the answers because the "FDS" has provided them in a neat little package.

  I am only smarter in that I can look beyond the WT's veil of ignorance, and continue my own quest for answers.

  numbers going down?

  okay so a couple of years ago i went to the three days of boring random mumble jumbo.

  the numbers i thought were high: almost 13thousand people.

  this year i heard of the count at the arena being justover 9 thousand with about 32 baptizmals.

  It depends on what kind of marriage you have...

  I know a lot of couples who stay together because they are "supposed to". If one were to drop out, the marriage would end because they have no more reason to stay together.

  The funny thing is, many JW marriages fall apart anyway. It's a complete myth that JW's have happier marriages.

  I am lucky because I have a relationship with my wife that extends far beyond religion. She is definitely not happy that I "looked behind the curtain", but fortunately, we are still happy togther.
