The "apple" eating story has nothing to do with an apple. A root stock represents its foundation, or the foundation of the family. The tree represents the family, and the branches represent the offspring from the family. A tree that grows knowledge is no where in existance so it represents the "fruitage of the spirit" or the actual learning of good and evil by humans.

You must be more specific.
If you are referring to Gog of Magog, it was the Germans in WWII.
If it' the beast that ascends out of the abyss that kills the "two witnesses" that is the UN and the link they have with the WTS from early 1992, apparently. The "two witnesses" are an underground cult so just how the UN kills them I'm not exactly sure. They are killed for 3-1/2 days then they come to life and rise up to heaven. That has to be in connection with Satan being kicked out of heaven. Being impaled where their messiah is impaled can relate to the messiah himself in fulfillment, but that still begs how the UN would be that involved with suppressing the secret societies linked with the coming messiah, UNLESS... the UN is influenced by Freemasonry and Templars who monitor the secret societies in a desperate world-wide search for John and all those secret documents from the 1st Century. We wouldn't necessary have anything over to confirm that. Of course, there is evidence in the "subliminal" art of the WTS that they are aware of the counter-culture aointed who hold out to believing the messiah would appear in the flesh and who have witnessed the "sign of the son of man."
As far as modern fulfillment, the HOLOCAUST was a big fulfillment of the "great tribulation" and the restoration of the Jews as well to their homeland in 1947. So that's pretty modern.
We are awaiting the destruction of BTG by the UN, that is, the attack on religion and secret socities manipulating the UN associated with the "Illuminati". That's all that's left.

What is a "BTG"? And what attack on religion are you talking about? Do you think one of the worlds strongest nation (United States) who represent themselves as a "christian" nation would turn on religion? The United Nations is an organization of Peace, so how are they the ones that cause massive destruction? Did not the United States defy the United Nations and attack Iraq anyway?

587 is the year that history and most scholars would agree upon. 1914 was the outbreak of national wars and fulfills the prophecy that Jesus Christ foretold, and which would be his presence.

However the Kingdom was not established until the fulfillment of satan being cast down to the vicinity of the earth. This occured september 11th, 2001 which commenced the war in the "holy land" where the nations would trample upon the holy land. And it also commenced the time period where the wild beast in revelations chapter 13 (666) would war against the holy ones.

Then the war of armageddon commenced.......

I'd have to say I'm a little puzzled why a JW is here posting on the biggest Apostate site against JWS on the net.
You keep on reiterating that you yourself are one of the very special faithful slaves but do you not know that you are part of and support
a corruptly devised publishing company called WTS, they have nothing to do with God at all or his purpose for mankind.
They have cunningly devised this kingdom for themselves but use God's name to fool people to support them.
I guess it wasn't so bad though a lot of power was gained and a lot of money was made.
I was born into this scam but fortunately left when I grew up and found The Truth.

Who is a JW me? jwblog means that I am posting blogs on J.W..com is all it means. Jesus Christ did not even use the name Jehovah and I learned the reasoning behind it. By using God, The Almighty, The Heavenly Father etc. it unifies all beliefs because it holds to not a single name that causes divisions. I am no part of the w.t.s. but post here because they carry a title that rightfully belongs to me. I was a part of the organization at one point and they do hold true to many good teachings but they are not who they claim to be.

In fact they expect or preach that what has already happened to those in the Middle East is going to happen to them. They are not any part of the 144000 but only those of the blood offspring of Abraham are, make any sense? Have a good night I have to lay my head to rest now.......

And in the next verse he said to them: It does not belong to you to know times or appointed times which the Father has placed under his own authority. So, Jesus did not give any hope that we could calculate when God´s Kingdom will be established.
At the bookstudy we have also learnt about 3 woes, wich give more evidence that God´s kingdom is not yet established in heaven. We have learnt that we live in the time of the second woe, caused by the cavalry of two myriads of myriads. (Revelation 9:12-11:14) That is at the time when also the other sheep are spreading the kingdom message. This time period is quite long. This even causes a feeling of delay.( Revelation 10:6,7) The first woe brought locusts, wich symbolise anointed cristians in their symbolic 5 month preaching campain. But remark that according to the prophesy, the 3:rd woe comes with the establishement of the kingdom of God.( Revelation 11:14,15) After that the real catastrophy begins, the 3:rd woe. Satan will be hurled down to the earth.(Rev. chapter 12) That is, I believe the great tribulation before Armageddon.

Revelations chapter 12 describes the 911 attacks does it not?

We have allways heard someones calling them selves "discreet and faithfull slave"? But sometimes it has been hard to understand if they really are discreet and faithful. They say that Jesus came in 1918 and approved them as discreet and faithful. Many of those were not yet born then, so could Jesus have approved them before their birth? I do not believe that. Instead Jesus said that he that has endured to the end will be saved. (Matthew 24:13) I believe that Jesus has appointed slaves to give spiritual food to other sheeps. In fact all the anointed ones are His slaves. But not all of theese slaves serve well. That is why Jesus asks Who really is the faithful and discreet slave? When somebody becames anointed I understand, then he becames appointed to give spiritual food. And later when his Master arrives he will appoint him over all his belongings. When will this happen? I believe it will be shortly before Armageddon, when the finaly approved slaves get the kingdom.

You have some very good points of reason. In fact what you have stated to a degree is true. When Jesus Christ arrives he wages war so therefore the faithful slave is chosen before this occurs. However how can one be anointed unless there is someone present to anoint them? Jesus Christ sits upon his throne in the heavens and no other person will take seat upon a throne until the thousand year reign begins. The faithful slave is appointed only after the Kingdom of God takes rule. Otherwise who will the faithful slave reign as king over if there are still humanly goverments still in power? A king appointed by God is one that has authority and this will not occur until all other humanly goverments are placed under authority under God The Almighty. Truly I say to you, the true faithful and discreet slave is in your midst.......
