  How Can So Many Protesters (George Floyd) Be From "Somewhere Else?"

  i hear every mayor, every politician, claiming that the protesters are coming in from "other states".

  at some point, with about 130 cities that had protests over the last weekend, where the hell are people coming from???.

  there are only 50 states (57 per obama, but that includes us territories and kenya).

  growing up in the 70's and 80's in the jw religion who remembers the massive stadium gigs the watchtower used to hold?.

  we used to denounce false religion in the starkest of terms.

  we were right and by god we were letting anyone who listened know it.

  The brainwashing was just as strong back in the 60's 70's we are the most righteous people on earth and the most happiest because of it.

  a white policeman has been charged with murder of a black man.

  protests have been organized across major us cities and horrible riots have occurred.

  they know many people are fearful and feeling vulnerable due to world events.. but something i’ve always considered is how will they be better off by becoming a jw.

  they can be a jw, but the world events still are happening causing everyone anxiety.

  and no, jws are not immune from this, jws are more anxious and paranoid as ever right now.

  So really, what benefit do they get by converting?

  They take on a self identity of righteousness before god, in his approval ready to catch that ticket to eternal paradise.

  The wicked world to them is soon to come down as promised so subconsciously they are internally happy, the most happiest people on earth.

  They accept the fulfillment of prophecy happening all around them in their minds.
  

  In the mean time they get some redemption from their sins (thank you Jesus) and some direction which they have been told they need to stay righteous. (thank you Watchtower Corporation )

  They cant wait for Armageddon to occur, the really good stuff will come after that.

  Unfortunately deaths by actions of police officers usually go about at a slow pace.

  Due to this fact and it was again with this situation, the calls out of racism went out and spiraled out of control, enhanced no doubt by the private video that went online quickly.

  Hopefully things will quiet down until the charges and the ex-cop go to court.

  I dont think this was a direct case of racism but one of a physical arrest that went haywire incited by bystanders who were directly interfering.

  i made a big mistake when signing up at this supposed website for jehovah's witnesses.

  after reading some things on this site it has become apparent to me that this site is nothing put another pathetic site for apostates: people who betrayed jehovah, left the truth, and are so bitter about their experiene in the truth, and they are angry just like satan because they know they will very soon be dead at jehovah's hand!.

  this website should be renamed something more fitting like "satan's playground" or a similar name that would get across the message of your site.. sincerely,.

  i'm reading babylon the great has fallen, god's kingdom rules, published 1963. this was studied years ago when i was about 10-12 years old.

  i wanted to just read some of the beliefs from decades ago.

  my wife wants to know why i'm reading this book.

  The WTS leaders (GB) dont want the devoted members to see the old WTS literature because they might find out the WTS/JWs leaders (GB) are corrupt apostate sinners.

  The various aspects of controlling information is there in the JWS by its top orchestraters for obvious reasons. Strive to control incoming information is an important endeavor with most religoius cults, without it you may lose followers completely.

  The leaders of the JWS (GB) are the real ones who dont want present JWS to read any of the organization's old literature.

  They just might realize what a tainted fraud they are involved in/with as a commercialized religious publishing house.
