Grouping and segregation are the same in this case. Here is the definition of segregation in the dictionary.
:the enforced separation of different racial groups in a country, community, or establishment.
"an official policy of racial segregation"

It is of note that both minority and non minority parents objected to this practice. I am amused at how you make it a negative even if it is the non minority parents who object.
Are you advocating separate but equal education?

I am now going to drop a bomb on you Simon! You just supported a policy of a liberal progressive school!

As I said before I am a moderate and I think that both sides of the political spectrum have much to answer for.

Not trying to be intentionally misleading per say. I can demonstrate how public schools have also failed minorities. I just wanted everyone to think about the consequences of poor educational opportunities afforded minorities

Silent Buddha please explain to me how segregation is benificial? I honestly want to know .
I see that you posted with regards religious, social, and familial ties. I however do not understand how those things improve the level of education.

No long haired girl it is not a social experiment. Silent Buddha. The specific example I am referring to has nothing to do with class or finances. It is strictly a racial segregation. ( I am sure that class and finances do play a party in substandard education, however not in this case)

That is just my point Long haired girl. These minority parents paid to have their children at this elite school, yet they are being segregated to one classroom. These minority students are not being spread out as a result of the schools policy. These parents paid 45000 per student to go to this school.

Actually Simon these kids are from wealthy minority families. The Minority parents are paying the same amount as the non minority parents to educate their children at this school. So much for your theory. In fact the segregation policy was withheld from all the parents , both minority and non minority until recently.

What if I told you that segregation was being practiced in school . What if I told you it was occurring in one of the most elite and expensive private schools . What if you found out that this policy of segregation was occurring in one of the most liberal cities in America? Well folks today's New York Post reveals just such a travesty.
