Congregations are in a process of refinement. The Revelation book chapters 2 and 3 shows that Jesus as head of the congregations is aware of the spiritual condition of the congregations. 5 out of 7 congregations in Revelation got stern warnings from Jesus and needed to repent. So that is why I believe that Jesus is also today the head of Jehovah’s witnesses congregations. And surely Jesus would like to see other Christian congregations to get rid of their false doctrines. And I don’t believe Babylon the Great represents false religions.

I believe that Jesus is still the head of the congregation of Jehovah's witnesses. And I believe that spiritual food like this daily text based on a WT article was according to God's will to prepare the Jehovah's witnesses to flee somewhere when the right time arrives.

Yes, our fleeing may involve some hardships and deprivations. We will have to be ready to do whatever it takes.” w22.01 4 ¶7-8

Where is this really or where will this happen and about whom is this? Who are these people that will live a peaceful life, that Gog will try to come to plunder?

It is interesting how Zachariah got help to believe the message from God that the angel delivered to him:

Luc 1:18 Zech·a·riʹah said to the angel: “How can I be sure of this? I looked Jeremiah 6:19 in NWT and it says 19 Listen, O earth! I am bringing calamity on this people As the fruitage of their own schemes, For they paid no attention to my words And they rejected my law.”

Basically we see the meaning to be that they would reap what they had sown.

2 Peter 3:13 But there are new heavens and a new earth that we are awaiting according to his promise, and in these righteousness is to dwell.

But it will take a few years more because the 1260 days have not yet started and the 2300 days in Daniel 8 might also need to start and end before God's Kingdom comes.

Is it not amazing how happy spiritually apostle Paul was when he wrote the letter to Ephesians?

Ephesians 1:3 Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, for he has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in union with Christ,

Ephesians 2:4 But God, being rich in mercy, because of his great love with which he loved us, 5 made us alive together with the Christ, even when we were dead in trespasses—by undeserved kindness you have been saved.

Ephesians 3:16 I pray that he may grant you through the abundance of his glory to be made mighty in the man you are inside, with power through his spirit, 20 Now to the one who can, according to his power that is operating in us, do more than superabundantly beyond all the things we ask or conceive,

Ephesians 5:20 always giving thanks to our God and Father for everything in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

How can we come and remain in such a mental and emotional state? That would be nice, would it not?
