Thanks for the greetings everyone. I sure appreciate it. Everyone is quite nice. I listen to all kinds of Music, from Nirvana, to the Cockney Rejects, to a band like Dystopia, to Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, The Cure, of course The Smiths ( hence my avatar ). All kinds, even some Hip Hop.

i personally, don't have any angst against the jw org., i'm just not involved in it anymore like i was.

Yeah, I think it is the worst thing that you can do especially if you were brought up into the JW's org your whole life.

I think some had more worse experiences than I did. I almost thought my mother was a hypocrite for acting the way she did at the KH, she seemed to actually care about me in front of others, then when at home.

The only main reason that I stayed as long as I did was:

1. For a long time I only went because it I felt like it was a chore.

2. I ended up caring about it for myself and not because my mom just made me go.

3. It helped me cope with the death of my father.

But.. things changed. I'm just glad I never got baptized, I had thought about it and if I had then I would be doing the right thing in making sure that I tried my best at being a good witness, but if I were to have thought about it after that time period where I actually did want to dedicate my life to Jehovah, then I would have ended up like all the teenage posers in my KH who just posed as being the 'it' kids of the congregation the future of the congregation, most of them got DF'd. And I the outcast the bad 'apple', as many thought never got close to what some of those kids did. At least my mom doesn't have to be ashamed about that right? Lol

Whoa, that sounds like a sick ass painting!!!

I was just watching Sid and Nancy lol, they depicted Johnny Rotten so badly on that movie, but they did Sid Vicious right.

The Pists.. is a good documentary about the Sex Pistols if you haven't already seen it.

I love music, mainly alt. rock, which anything can fit under that genre.

I can listen to anyones angst... That's why I listen to punk rock ;)
