yes...i said it... i cannot stand my own sister!

the girl is bpd (borderline personality disorder) and so she technically is mentally ill - but it makes her a terribly vindictive and hateful person.

I also want to add:

I totally believe my sister is mentally ill. She has gone to a therapist and was told she was. She denied, denied and was told that unless she was willing to get over her anger and move forward, she would never move her life on. Sis refused and the therapist told her to not come back, it was a waste of time and the taxpayers money.

Being mentally ill and refusing medication and all help is no excuse for the behavior and the mental torment the family have to be put through. My sister has ripped our family apart and continues to do so. My mom has no idea what she is saying about her on these boards, (all in the last 6 months) and I have not said anything. How do I tell my JW mom my DFd apostate sis is wishing her dead on an EX-JW board? And saying she did everything but sexually abuse her? There is no way. But I am reading it and it is making me ill.

I totally understand where babygirl is coming from.

Her sister and mine could be twins. Mine does and says almost exactly the same types of stuff. My sister says the most vile, vicious things and many our about our mother--lately I've made it into her hate infused speech. Now, she has cut me off. Fine. She has cut me off numerous times. Until she needs cash. Cash is king and my mom and I have what she needs.

Then the Nice Sis comes out. Until she gets her bills paid, then VOILA!! Another round of hate mail.

Her latest stuff is wishing our mother dead. (This is all public record on another ex-JW board--I'll only tell people I trust which one.)

Who, in their right friggin' mind, wishes their own mother dead? Albeit, our mom is a messed up JW, however, she is still our mother and did her best. She is in a cult and will always be. My mom is supporting my sister and her husband and has for the last 12 years.

And Mom gets a death wish. All because the JWs messed up her life.

Boo fucking Whoo.

That is why babygirl and people like her (ie, ME) get to rant about our fcked sisters/brothers.

how many times we had heard from jw (commenting on christmass, mothers day or bithdays) "they dont need a pecial day set to give gifts, because the can give it on any day" .... but whats your experience if you compare jw and non jw ... are they really giving?.

my sons (7) example:.

he has non jw grandparents: gets all kinds of gifts all the time, sweets, magazines, toys,.

in the 2 halls i was in, there were a few.

but the most memorable one was an elderly pioneer who would ask the householder if they wanted to hear about "the truth".

when they quite naturally said ,"no", he responded with, "if you don't believe in jesus, jesus will turn you into a pig"!.

I think it goes without saying that most long term JWs are weirdos. Present company not withstanding.

Once you get the JW sucked out of you, the weirdness seems to get sucked out also. More or less. For most people.

My grandmother was a screamer. She could only communicate by yelling about "Jehovah, Jehovah!!!!" I, as a kid, would ask her a question and her answer would be that Satan was in my soul and I was going to die at Armageddon. I told her she was crazy and ran. (She and I didn't have the bestest relationship)

She claimed to be of the Annointed class and this old gal was so craaazzzyyy that if Jehovah wants her up there ruling with him, we are all truly damned.

i don't easily trust just anybody.

having said that, there are a few persons here that know my real identity and i'm comfortable with them.. are there certain posters that you trust here?.

I trust everyone I've PMd and just about everyone else. I have a gut feel about certain people I *don't* trust.

If the current FDS is *Annointed*, who, of the previous *Annointed* did they take out?

Here is my theory: There are only to be 144,000, correct? So, Jehovah has 144,000 spots to fill. He has had them picked out forever, one can assume (I know, I know!) But, he is God and all, so he should have this all figured out. There should be no changes.

However, since the new crop of FDS seems to be young, how can they still be alive and kicking when there were people claiming to be of the *Annointed* and of the 144,000 back in 1914? I have 3 relatives who are of the *Annointed* and they, presumably, are up there, sitting on Jah's right hand, looking down on me typing this.

Smiling, no doubt.

So, how does this fuzzy math work? How does the Generation keep changing and how does the 144,000 keep living and living? And changing and changing?

I was afraid to ask, but, SoM, you've made me feel so comfortable. Thank you.

FYI, this is a sincere question. My JW Mom is clueless on this.

I didn't know that there was *Company Rates and Pioneer Rates* for the Literature. Which only proves they are a Publishing Corporation and not a Religion:

WTF is up with that? I recall paying 0.15 cents for the rags when I was in. We then charged 0.20 or 0.25 cents for them at the door. What ever we could get, since we wanted to cover our costs. My mom was that cheap that it really did come down to covering costs.

Oh, and regarding the DFing: A-holes. I can recall people being DFd and being expected to treat them like they were invisible.

Then it happened to everyone in my family; first my Dad. He never went to the meetings again. And we became invisible to everyone in the KH. Few years later Mom got DFd. Sis and I became invisible. Guilt by association. Mom got reinstated, yet, we were all stained by her *Conduct Unbecoming a Christian*.

Sis got DFd and Mom and I again were guilty by association.

I am so sick and tired of the perverted way they treat people. One day you are in, the next, you are out. How to break up families, Cult style. Thanks Jehovah. Real loving.

Armagedden Suitcase

my mother let it slip the other day that all the families in their hall are putting together a small suitcase.

inside this suitcase are to be things that you will take with you if given a 5 minute warning that the great tribulation is starting and you need to leave your home.

my father seemed quite embarrassed that this slipped.

Clean underwear. Can't go long without clean underwear. No running water, no electricity, no washing machines. Or, you can pillage from the now empty homes and hope that the clean underwear of the now dead people fits.

Or, scrub your scivvies in the nearest river or stream, providing it is not filled with rotting corpses.

Overall, I don't think Jehovah did a great job logistically with the whole Great Tribulation and Armageddon plan.
