For those of you attending college now (or at least recently have)....
by 2pink inplease remind me what the work load is like.
i went to college and took a few classes in my early 20s, and found it all very easy, but i had a lot less responsibility back then so i think my perception was skewed.
now i am 31, married, 2 kids, soon to be 3. i work very part time from home.

Good decision, you won't regret it. If you haven't been in school for awhile, give yourself a chance and start at a normal pace. Maybe 4 courses. If you do good on those add one more the next semester, etc. I do agree with mamochan that online classes can be more work (more reading and writing). I find online classes are twice the workload than regular classes and you don't get quick answers to simple questions you might have when you're in a classroom with a professor. The thing that's nice about online classes is that they're open book. If you've read the material you know where the answer is. Good luck.

Anybody Know What Presiding Overseer's are Being Told at Bethel School ?
by flipper ini guess there is a special training school going on for presiding overseers according to my jw mom.
my elder brother went back there for a week training session .
he explained that they are doing this training first in the united states only for presiding overseers and if it works out well - they'll implement it across the world in other countries.. apparently he stated that the training they are getting is very detailed and to the point.

James Cameron MAJOR A-HOLE!!!!! - director of AVATAR
by What-A-Coincidence inhttp://www.tmz.com/2009/12/24/james-cameron-in-major-a-hole-dispute/#comments.
james cameron -- the guy who directed "avatar" -- directed a few choice words at an autograph seeking fan last night -- calling the guy a "f**king a**hole" during an argument over a signature.
it all went down at lax -- when james walked past a man holding an "avatar" poster, and refused to sign.

The guy ends the conversation insulting Cameron saying a 3 year old could've written the story. If he thought so badly of it why was he there asking for an authograph. None other than to cash in on it. Cameron, who probably could tell the a-hole was not really a fan, did a good job. And TMZ promotes such rubbish calling Cameron the a-hole? What a bunch of jealous losers.
