i am perhaps a bit behind on this but i have just listened to " grandma got run over by a reindeer " sung by elmo and patsy .
it got me to thinking about christmas songs in general ,so i thought a thread about people's favourite christmas songs would be good .
please share your fave christmas music , a carol or something more modern .to start i will list my best carol as hark the herald and my best ever chart song as santa claus is coming to town by bruce springsteen .

we all know the calculations used by the wt to arrive at 1914. fall of babylon in 607 (false year), gentile times, no zero year, ta-da, 1914.. what did they use before that?
i know it wasn't russell who came up with it - he just adopted it.
i'm just curious what they had to explain away when they made the transition.. .
well it was hard in chrome too to post video. my chrome does not allow copy and paste and after a search i see I am not the only one with this issue. So it tells you to use key board short cuts. ctrlc for copy and ctrlv for paste. I was not sure I was highlighting it but just ran my cursor over it and found the grayed out link and clicked it and a box opened and pasted the url into the top box. The video showed up as a link when I first did it but after i hit submit, it shows as a video. Hope it works. wow. that was hard.
I am so sorry, in my excitment to post my christmas video i posted it in the wrong thread. Maybe a mod could move it. I am sorry.

st. george, not sure about second one but The Darkness says I can't watch it in my country ( usa). :( I can't figure out how to embed either since I have IE11 and Google either. I used to be able to but not now.
