  The JW craziness was brought into my family by my maternal grandfather. He converted from Catholicism to JW in the 1950s. He was disgusted with his religion when the coffins of the aborted babies from the Nuns on Nuns Island in Montreal, Quebec were discovered. He had seen the priests row over to Nuns Island at night earlier in his life and put 2 and 2 together. The coffins had been buried around the Basilica and were dug up when the subway was being constructed (according to the story my Mom told me).

  Suicide the blood will reach heaven

  when i joined jws my mother said " you know they don't take blood and their suicide rate is much higher than general public.

  in last three years i have known three young brothers all dead at their own hands, a gun ,a rope , plastic bag over head.

  i knew these guys personally, it's one sad story after another.

  One of our own JWN members, Oompa, took his own life as he could not handle the shunning.

  JWs are really kind of a death cult. If you don't die from boredom, suicide because you don't feel worthy enough, or lack of proper medical treatment, your life dies from the tedium of constant Field Serve-Us and meetings, meetings, meetings.

  this video showed a married brother with three children living in a nice domicile and working full time.

  his employer demands that he change his working pattern such that it conflicts with his being able to attend wt meetings at the weekend.

  the brother decides not to yield to his employer’s demand and is thus dismissed.. the brother seeks for work very actively over a significant period but without any alternative being found.

  if you were a computer programmer and you were to create a simulated automated world, that would constantly evolve and self run after initial designs.

  first you would have to code the rules, laws, and core elements of this world.

  while this is being coded, the program is not run yet, so none of it exists.

  i've been noticing a big problem with their basic teaching lately.in the sophia anti-gay video, sophia says"but i want everyone to get to paradise"her mother's reply is"so does jehovah"they used to say that one of their most important commissions was the gathering of the anointed ones.

  however, this was no longer necessary with their teaching that the anointed had been sealed by the 1930s and from that time there would only be replacements (taken from the other sheep).. w85 7/1a most important development on earth during these last days has been the gathering and sealing of anointed ones.

  (revelation 7:3) while seeing that this is done, however, jehovah has brought the other sheep into association with them in a restored spiritual land.

  Gay people won't be part of the JW Earthly Paradise nor would they ever be considered an annointed one. They are 'abominations' and make Jehovah sad. Hemophiliacs aren't going to make it either. They have to use blood products to stay alive. This also makes Jehovah sad.

  So much for 'everyone' having a chance. Also, not everyone is being preached to so not everyone knows about JWs. The math just doesn't add up. Never has, never will. There aren't enough JWs to accomplish this. And those that have received their 'message' and reject their wack-a-doodle ideals, also make Jehovah sad and won't make it either.

  where have the demons gone?

  does anybody remember some of the sensational demon stories jw's would tell back in the day?

  i was a kid in the early 80's and i remember a few times hearing of people having real life encounters with demons.

  for example, one sister claimed that before she became a jdub she would regularly talk to demons and they would even fix stuff like her washing machine!

  Once I discovered the complete sham this religion is, my nightmares and the demons all disappeared.

  This stuff is all a figment of the human imagination. Stop believing, thinking, and dwelling on them and ... Poof!... they disappear.

  Our knowledge has far surpassed the need for Bronze and Iron Age Middle Eastern desert dwellers' mythology and superstitions to explain our world.
