I feel that i learned alot of positive traits (or at least engendered them, or nurtured them, practiced even) that have helped me immensly in my friendships. I dropped the judgment, and reaped the friendships. Then again, i wasnt raised in it. But i feel my witness experience certainly enhanced my ability to have and keep friends. You just have to take the good things from what you've been through, and drop the bad.

I hate bars, but, i think that has to do more with the fact that you can hardly hold a conversation in most of em, i dont like paying 10 times as much for beer than normal, and random drunk idiots bother me.

that being said, i have enough friends to have a nice bbq even after the witnesses :)

im reaaaaallly tired of the jws, particularly those in my life, sneering at people, especially exjws, smirking cockily and laughing their derisive laughs because they think they are the fucking end all.

just sick to the point that i am sick from it all.. my estranged husband is still a jw and in the advent of my moving out of his house, he has become a rabid jw.

his mother who is an ex like me, and who is shunned by him and his sister and her family, is married to an elder.

generalized and disingenuous.

I have met alot of witnesses in my life, and only one i can think of was truly underhanded. The rest were misguided, zealous for the wrong thing, etc, but they all had different traits and circumstances.

Marijuana?

i would like to speak with a jw or anyone here who believes in god, and i would like in fact i dare you to find a reason why humans shouldnt use cannabis.

<--(marijuana) actually i will give you one and it is the only one that i have found.

the only reason i found is because in most places it is illegal and god says to respect there laws but anything besides this i believe is bs so again i dare u to give me a reason besides what i stated..

shamus, im sure you have a hard time reading, but they were talking about paranoia. So i responded i never had any. Is this truly a sign of denial?
