A, uh, belated introduction
by SweetBabyCheezits inquick bio: born-in, third gen jw, devout family, dad an elder/po, mom pioneered off/on, baptized at age 10 (my elder dad asked me to wait but i didnt), had overall good childhood, toured bethel, aux pio off/on, finished hs early, reg pio for a year then pio school, met amazing jw girl (also third gen devout), spent a year in community college (paid for by fairly conservative jw parents), got a good job, married amazing jw girl, appointed as ms, delivered public talks and parts on ca/dc, wife and i had first child.
it was a near-storybook jw life (except no bethel).
i had a couple of normal issues in teenage years, but sought the assistance from the elders and ironed it out.

in light of the wts's recent attempts to conceal it's talks from broader inspection and documentation, mp3s to the public are now mostly the works of the 'conscious class' and those exjws who force themselves to endure hours upon hours of control-laced presentations.

Wouldn't it be a hoot....
by Scully inwouldn't it be a hoot if a married couple, coming to realize that jws were full-of-crap at approximately the same time, decided to maintain appearances for the congregation by going door-to-doortm partnered together, but going along with the field service arrangementstm and car groupstm, having a type of anti-witness presentation?.
you could seriously make it look like you were discussing the bible, talking about points in the magazines, but showing householderstm what is wrong with jws.. then you could tell your car grouptm about awesome discussions you had, talking about how to identify the true religiontm, or a religion that covers up child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, etc.. i kind of wish i wasn't "out" for the last 15 years so i could try to see how long i could get away with it!

Found Some WT rags

i removed them from the waiting area and they will soon be destroyed.
i would have disposed of them at the medical office but i couldn't find a trash can.

I need to lose 20 pounds
by Heartbreaker ini hate to exercise, therefore i haven't really ever done it, and stuck with it.
i've had 6 children, and am quite sedentary.
i get really bad migraines when my blood pressure rises, hence hating excercise.. .

heartbreaker,
after I did serious research on the internet on Hypothyroidism( low thyroid) it's what I have and it very different from yours (yours is more cricital then mines) what i do i take my synthroid 100mcg on an empty stomache I dont eat cuz it has to absorb, if you eat with your med you wont get the full dosage.after 4 hours then i take a high grade multi vitamin, b-complex vitamin, L-tyrosine1000mcg, Selenium 400mcg, Biotin(because my hair falls out alot like 300 strands a day). and my hair length is down to my buttocks..
I started doing this since january of this year and i've lost 20 pounds. on top of the exercising and strength training and I run 4 miles a day, 2miles in the morning and 2 miles at night, I'm not lazy at all very active...
fyi... peaches, saurkrut, walnuts, spinch, califlower, strawberries, cabbage has a natural enzime that attach our t4 thyroid levels. if you have a tyroid condition. my opinion is this routine is working for me,, it might be different for you, but talk to your doctor and i just had my visit with him and he is very sirprised on how my tsh levels went from 13.0 to 1.8.. and i'm feeling good..

hmmmm that's the problem there dude,, low thyroid, i should know i have it also, no matter what you will do exericese eat right or not, you will always have trouble losing the weight and you will gain even if you do the right things. its crazy... thanks to the lil butterfly that sits on our throat. and that'a a NO, NO, if you not taking your meds for it, you can lil by lil make it way worse for you or even go into a coma. it almost happend to me. I've been battling this for 2 years now... you'll be sirprised of the other sytoms this carry's you should do reach search on the internet.... wish you luck.
