  Home made Tortillas.

  Okay I've been married almost 20 years and have been an active JW until this year.

  This year is the first time I sent my father in law a big happy Fathers day Greeting, he has never been a JW but has always supportive of his wife and children.

  He was so appreciative it almost brought me tears. How can something that is supposedly so bad feel so good?? I feel so bad it took me so long to say something so deserving.

  i have experienced this one more that one occasion.

  when i was 16 a good friend of my dad's use to make me sit on his lap being young and naive i thought nothing of it.

  one day he came straight out and ask me to have sex with him.

  My husbands best man would occasional stop in on me when he knew my husband was at work, it always made me feel weird the way he would look at me.

  My husband also mentioned he seemed very interested in out personal relationship (if you know what I mean) I was pretty surprised, because he was married to a very pretty sister who seems so perfect.

  Who knows? But I was pretty relieved when they moved to another town and their friendship dwindled out.

  Things that Annoy Me in Grocery Stores - How About You ?

  i do a lot of the grocery shopping for my wife and myself as we live out in the mountains and i stop on the way home from working early morning hours.

  there are some things that just drive me bat-$hit crazy sometimes .

  i'll name a few- you carry it from there !

  Okay, this one always gets me! The person who notices at the last moment that their can food has a dent in the side and asks the bagger go get them a new one only for him to get back and then they see the milk is leaking and so on and so on. * huge eye roll *

  i am sitting in the family lounge at the university of va medical center.

  my grandson has paused his walk after 2 days because his 10 year old sister, aubrey, has had a terrible accident.

  she fell off of a bike, slamming into a tree going downhill.

  i don't know the boy.

  my daughter and i were coming home from a shopping trip at wal-mart, loaded down with goodies to eat.. the road we had just travelled on was clear of any mishap, an hour later on our return .

  ahead of us was blue lights and more blue lights.........about 8 city cop cars, state police, .

  Aww... Purps your a lot like me. My heartbreaks for complete strangers when I see stuff like this. I always imagine it being my kid or my family member and how I would take that news.

  My neighbor's daughter hung herself

  when i got home from work tonight i was told my neighbor's daughter had commited suicide.

  the daughter lived several hours from here and i had only met her a couple of times over the years, so i didn't know her at all really.

  from what i understand the daughter had struggled with substance abuse problems for a long time.
