I did the same thing with the kids yesterday.
It felt good to do something that will actually help the people of Haiti with what they really need at this time.

Get your kids involved with Haiti........
by awildflower inso my 13 year old daughter and i have been watching the news all day about haiti.
because i've been talking about it since it happened she is now asking questions.
so today we talked and i made sure she saw on tv the map of where haiti is and how difficult this is going to be and is for relief efforts due to it being on a island etc..........then i saw where you could safely text a ten dollar donation.

Twilight movies
by darnkid indoes anyone know exactly what the society has said on the twilight movies?
is it a matter of conscience or a real no-no?
my children are witnesses, i am df'd so i can't say anything, but one of them indulges in these movies and books-the baptized one who won't visit me or talk to me unless absolutely necessary.

Well, my daughter loves the books and movies. Her classmate, who is an elders daughter is allowed to read the books, but is not allowed to watch the movies??

My xmas pillows go over great
by Lady Lee inbefore christmas i posted about a new hobby ofd mine - animal pillows i have learned a new hobby.
my daughter had asked me to make pillows for the kids for christmas but i went creative.
the thread showed the pictures.. well the pillows were a huge hit.. my grandson loved his dinosaur pillows.

My Daughter made Honor Roll
