  i was just wondering if anyone knows in the case where someone is actually disfellowshipped for molesting children what do they list?.

  jehovahs witnesses two-witness rule is applied by elders when a witness member accuses another member of a sin, even if that sin is a criminal act.

  if there arent two witnesses to the accusation, it goes nowhere, including not being reported to the authorities.

  and in the case of an allegation of child abuse, the accused is free to molest again.. watchtower attorney, jim mccabe, recently stated this about jehovahs witnesses two-witness rule which he described as a bible-based belief :.

  Not only should parents go to police first, the org should make that very clear in their written publications. As things sit right now, more parents will go to the elders first because this is what they are taught. Sad, but true.

  Killing her newborn- mental problem

  not making a peep while in labor- complete fear of the elder and parents

  Its just a horrible story and it completely shows how screwed up this religion is. Her parents sitting in court hearing every detail and not shedding a tear for their daughter or the grandchild that's now dead speaks volumes!!
