hi wifi.. i don't believe these have been seen before.. one is a general guideline given to elders who report a child safety issue in the congregation, and the second is the form they have to return to the legal department.. they are both recent forms.. the questionnaire has an interesting question at a.6 stating if the legal dept has advised to contact the authorities yes or no.
The Legal dept phone number phone number looks like London England. So I guess this is a UK form especially as organisation is spelled with an "s", not a "z".
Can anyone get it off to the ARC and the UK enquiry?
(Especially the self serving box with the sentence "The information will also enable the Legal Department to jointly defend the congregation elders, and the organisation of Jehovah's Witnesses, should litigation arise." at the top of the Client Intake - CSA Questionnaire.)
i really fail to see how much actual "witnessing" is occurring with the trolley carts.publishers, usually pioneers, just stand or sit there not engaging anyone and count their time.. the only thing i notice that it's accomplishing is brand exposure for jw.0rg so the public is exposed to the logo and literature/poster card headlines.. take for example this "evening" witnessing by a pioneer elder while on summer holiday/vacation.. .
is this not a wth kinda moment when you consider the years of slaving, knocking on doors, business territory and bible studies we had to keep performing so we weren't branded a "weak" publisher?.
And think of all the people who don't approach the carts but do click on jwborg.
First they see it's nothing special; then if they keep looking they see how strange they are; then they click on all the other google top page jw stuff.
I tell you - jwborg is doing more to stagnate this corporation and stop people entering than anything you or I can do!
The only ones that do study and "progress" have mental or other issues which are useless to the borg's plans.

When you start a relationship and it develops the other party may not want to have much to do with your family anyway! Could be a bonus for them.

Well the householders had whacky beliefs too. I thought she (the younger of the women) did well in the circumstances and had a good depth of JW knowledge and their interpretation of the bible.
every year i install the wt library on cd or dvd to my wife's laptop.
the 2015 dvd seemed no different than normal but today when she opened it up it said updates are available and to download updates.
it updated to 2016 magazines,and study articles.etc.
No tecchie here but this is the first time (2015) it has been released on DVD as opposed to CD. I have both a 2011 and a 2014 on my hard drive.
there is a fundamental lie which i couldn’t help noticing today in the our christian life and ministry—meeting workbook for august 1-7, 2016. it is in the little supplemental page considered this week under the title “improving our skills in the ministry—helping bible students to progress to dedication and baptism,” in the first paragraph (labelled “why important”), third sentence.
here is that sentence:.
“a christian’s dedication is to jehovah—not to a human, a work, or an organization.”.
So why are they highlighting this subject? Could it be that baptisms are down?

From the low baptism counts going round since the end of 2014 continuing until now they have already stagnated. I believe they will manipulate the figures to show the tiniest of growths rather than a deficit - and maybe watch out for the "love of the greater number cooling off" becoming a theme!
The "Memorial count" is interesting - not really changed in the last 5 years.
Who goes to a memorial? New ones yes but also it is the last meeting attended by the faders, the "in only for family" types and the "disfellowshipped but mentally in" types.

she and i bailed out about the same time and kept in touch.. she used to do secular work with one of the local elders in his cleaning business until she got dfed.
this same elder was one of the more profound dickheads on my reinstatement committee, before i turned around two years later and daed.. business required her to contact the elder on behalf of an old client.

"Grubbing" actually means to dig about or poke about (in soil or similar). An animal might grub about in the dirt looking for insects, worms or other grubs.
So money-grubbing is like someone digging or poking about in soil but digging about for money. So always on the lookout for money; poking about in the dirt for it.
Money grubbing and money grabbing have become synonymous really with the US leaning towards the former and British English towards the latter but they are interchangeable.
