i respect bill and what he has accomplished, but i believe that attempts to control the march and the marchers, are misplaced -- even damaging for victims of abuse -- who have been controlled enough!.
the last thing victims of abuse need is to be told to keep up appearances.

Jesika actually bill didnt give us a dress code. he said wear what we want. His only request was for it to be a silent lambs march, not a christian, jws are false christians march, not a JWs made false prophecies march, not a look the JWs are in the UN march etc. Only Silent lambs banners please. I dont find that so offensive really. And I agree with you he is a nice man. But MIke pence knows this well

i have to agree with hyghlander and the others on this one. A march full of unrestraned anger and uncontrolled emotions will totally mess everything up. It will show that we are nothin but some ppl who dont have anythign better to do and have no control. this march may be about angerm idnitation and otehr things that survivors feel and about protecting the children, but it WILL NOT help our cuase any if we get all out of hand and go bizerk in NYC. We dont want to starta riot, or a mob action thing... we want to make out point. The WTBS willbe makin enough of their own stupid actions on that day as it it, we dont need to be stupid too. WE can prove our point peacfully , WITHOUT out of control feelings. SO if your whole idea of a march is to get disorderly then its a good thing youre not going. If you can go without getttin stupid and out of hand...thats the best idea ever. its not about control, its about making a point and making sure were heard and not dismissed as lunatix.
anyway, thats all.

she invited 10 of her closest friends, with one catch, every person invited had to bring one person w/them.
the person could be male or female and they had to be someone who my cousin (the host) did not know.

chekc out the newspaper from PADUCAH Ky (the Paducah SUn) I saw it this morning (in service...looong story) and had to keep from laughing my head off. the elders are sooo fucking stupid! shoulda showed unless theyre scared outa thier wits.my dad went outa town...i think so that he would miss this whole thing. hes the PO in the P-town congregation. Anyway...check out the pictures. Theyre pretty good.
