  sooo... i don't know where to begin.

  been to the meeting yesterday... haven't for a while but yet... no one came up to ask or anything like that.

  have got a visit from two elders coming soon so that should be fun.

  havn't been to one since i was a small child, then the elders got to my newly baptised mum and told her it was worldly and corrupting.

  so end of panto for me :(.

  I had no idea what you were talking about, as a Yankee. The definition for our side of the pond:

  Definition: Panto (another name for Panto mime in the UK) is a peculiarly British tradition of winter musical comedy theater. It has nothing to do with mime - silent performers in white-face make up walking into glass or doing Marcel Marceau-type physical comedy.

  British pantomime takes familiar fairy tales and children's stories - Cinderella, Aladdin, Dick Whittington and His Cat, Snow White - and injects a bit of music hall (British Vaudeville) sensibility, contemporary references and audience participation to create a raucous, noisy entertainment that's fun for everyone in the family.

  British pantomime has very deep roots, drawing on the 15th and 16th century traditions of Commedia del Arte for its assortment of stock characters and conventions.

  judge william adams, who made national headlines after the release of a 2004 video of him beating his then-teenage daughter, has been suspended by the texas supreme court.. the reason for the action was not mentioned in an order of suspension that was made public tuesday.. adams, a court-at-law judge in aransas county, was roundly criticized when his now-adult daughter posted online a video of him beating her with a belt when she was 16.. the video also showed the judge cursing and berating hillary adams..

  I finally drove off my wonderful jw wife...and i am so sad..

  i helped her move out this weekend so i must be a masochist too...so on top of losing every friend in my life...i have now lost my wife...and yes i asked her to leave on more than one occasion this year...we have argued for nearly five years about wt crap...nothing i could ever say would make her question anything!!!!

  it was beyond frustrating...then this spring when i somehow disassociated myself and even lost my parents i knew i would never have a normal marriage no matter what...all i wanted was a normal marriage with mutual friends...that is off the table as long as she is a jw...but why could i not accept it???

  Gathering summaries for class action lawsuit..... Six Screens Conference call

  former jehovah's witness mark palo featured on free minds, who claims when he was a young boy was raped at the world headquarters of jehovah's witnesses by a governing body member named leo greenlees and says his life has been adversely affected by the watchtower org.. he has lost most of his family, over indulged with alcohol and has faced unrelentless problems both physically and emotionally.. marks therapist is willing to speak up in a court of law and expose the evils of the watchtower society.. mark will be our guest in the 7 pm to 9 pm hours.. .

  the first amendment (freedom of religion) has always been on the watchtowers side in stopping class action lawsuits against them but a stunning new twist has emerged that may open up the flood gates for scores of new lawsuits.. if your life has been turned upside down by the watchtower organization and would like to participate in and perhaps be compensated for the life altering damage caused to you then dial into the six screens of the watchtower conference call sat.

  I got into it with the elders on dress and grooming. I had one accuse me of being slovenly in a "library" meeting. He had on the same suit he always wore. I had on an Italian suit. I told him that my tie cost more than his suit, I was so pissed.

  Then he said, what he meant was that my hair was unkempt. I have a full head of hair, and it is thick. He told me it stood up too much. We just had a Watchtower that showed a family on the cover, and the husband had hair just like mine. When I pointed this out to him, he said "Oh, the Hispanic brother."

  So I asked "Is it okay for hispanic brothers to have hair like mine, but not me?!" He came back with "You should style your hair like the elders."

  I asked "What do you want me to do, get a reverse mohawk? I am not bald."

  I then walked out of the meeting.

  Fun times, NOT!!!
