Trashing The USA.
by Englishman init seems to me that many americans are convinced that europeans are for ever slagging off the usa for some reason or another.. just to set the record straight, america bashing is relatively rare in europe, most of us regard the usa with a not inconsiderable degree of affection.
obviously there are cultural differences between the continents that can lead to feelings being trampled on, but america-hating persons are quite rare over here.
the few real antagonists are very vociferous, but like most fundamentalists, regaded as being completely loony.. maybe the americans who have visited over here have an opinion?.

Daughter's Trip to the UK

Aye TR, hope she had a good time over here, really do mean that. Please don't get me wrong, I don't hate anybody, do I really have to get this point over til I'm blue in the face? Once and for all, lets get this straight, I would post this on another more suitable thread below but unfortunately, depending how you look at it, that thread is not accepting my replies. It is only the most corrupt systems that I can't stand yet even then, the people within those systems I have been taught to love. Even President Bush the biggest ass**** of them all. To people on the outside of corporate conglomerated structures, your workers in the street, those providing essential services, I wholeheartedly applaud. I do not have a problem with Americans like that, indeed there IS much in your country that I am quite jealous of and wish the philosophy could be more adapted upon for this country also. It is the few that I am most annoyed with, but only then, it is the systems that have been designed, there is a subtle distinct difference. Hope this clarifies for you.

Official figures, 1 in 200 individuals have what is known as psychopathic disorders. This does not mean that every psychopath is a serial killer, however, there are personality traits which are prevalent in many psychopaths that reveal a lack of empathy, a lack of normal thought processes cognition that most people have. A psychopath upon committing a crime does not have the normal thought stopping techniques in place, s/he carries out the intended motive without emotion.

Apparently he really scared quite recently a good friend of hers, quite terrified the man. As it was as he drove off, he got to see clearly my grimace and middle finger stuck up at him.
