  Haiti - why?

  this evening i'm watching the news channels.

  i was crying when i saw the news about haiti.. i can not understand if there is a higher power (jehovah / jesus) that this can happen.

  if there is loving god, why this poor people have to suffer so much?

  I can not understand if there is a higher power (Jehovah / Jesus) that this can happen. If there is loving God, why this poor people have to suffer so much? Why to die this way? Elderly, children, the poor, it is a big mess. Why why why o God? I'm crying.

  Nice posting! I have scenario 3: they took different pictures on the same occasion: they knew Barber had not much days left.

  The position of Jarracs is the same, see his suit.

  The big question is: why this kind of efficiency for only taking a picture of the top management of the WTS? It's Soviet style PR.

  at the end of the 80's the wts published "mankind's search for god", about the global mainstream religion's.. what's your opinion about this publication?.

  i think it was written for use on the weekly bookstudy, there were questions for all paragraphs.. after the publication it was never used at the bookstudy, and it was only rarely used in the congregation.. .

  Thanks for your reply's! The mankind's Serach for God publication is one of the less WTS books I did not throw away. I can't trow it away. There is a reason: it fascinated me when I was a active JW. For the first time I thought that "our" organisation was interested in other religions (...). It was written differently the normal WTS publications.

  I have the same feeling about the "Happiness" book and the "James" book. They are still on my bookshelf. Because they are different.

  yes, what was the biggest lie that you can think of, that persuaded you to realize that they were not who they said they were ?.

  for myself it would have to be the year they picked as the destruction of ancient jerusalem 607 bc.. i have an assumption this was done purposely to coincide correctly with making 1914 an a important pivotal date.

  in human history, which by all factual evidence it was not.. unassuming and deceiving manipulation for self marketing purposes.

  Chronology 1799,1874, 1879, 1914, 1919,1925, 1935,1975 , "This generation" (1995), "This generation" (2009), blood doctrine (was not was), the WTS (Rutterfraud & Knorr Knorr) letter to the Reichsfuhrer, the story of Erich Frost, Paul Balzereits excommunication and onjust blaming, the property management and wealth $$$ of the society(trust the brothers!), the education policy (high school of Awake!), 1957 ehh 1975, the extreme and hidden power of the WTS lawyers (Bromley et all) and the claim we (JW's) are better than other people and at last the claims about other religions. And of course: that CT Rusell was the first president. They forgot WH Conley!

  Thinking about finance move JW HQ property & Europe transactions in Rome and Madrid

  today i was thinking about the move of the jw hq from brooklyn and the recent plans to sell the property in rome, italy and madrid, spain.. is it possible that the valuable rome & madrid property's are going to be sold to finance the new headquarters in the us?.

  reason could be that the brooklyn buildings are not sold yet, because of the curent market.

  Today I was thinking about the move of the JW HQ from Brooklyn and the recent plans to sell the property in Rome, Italy and Madrid, Spain.

  Is it possible that the valuable Rome & Madrid property's are going to be sold to finance the new headquarters in the US?

  Reason could be that the Brooklyn buildings are not sold yet, because of the curent market. The selling of Rome & Madrid property could fill the financial gap in the US.

  International Property Management ...

  ?!?
