  Building layoffs & JW calendar 2016 theme

  the theme of the jw calendar 2016 is building, building, building.

  all the calendar pictures are about building wts property with cheap labor witnesses.. and then, just before the year approaches the building has halted.. it seems a short term decision.

  a strange correlation again.. gorby.

  Watchtower ~ IBSA

  i never was a jw.. i wonder if those who know more about this than i do can clear something up for me.. as i understand it, when rutherford took over and changed the name to jws, there was a major split and some (the rump?

  ) went off and retained the old name of 'bible students'.

  i thought that the old, original 'bible students' were quite separate from current jws.. and yet ... the wt hq in uk is at 'ibsa house'.

  Since I got the knowledge that WT sells literature to IBSA, I suspect them of a financial pyramid fund to get every nickel out of the rank and file JW pocket.

  Correlation decline JW numbers and JW broadcasting?

  i read some impressive figures here about the decline of the jw numbers in 2015.. could there be a correlation between this decline and the start of jw broadcasting?.

  hence, that there would be an negative impact because the gb is standing so nearby, you can experience the idiot reasoning of their doctrines sitting in your own living room?.

  I think that for a "normal" organization, a broadcasting channel would be an asset.

  The problem with jw.org is that all the craziness, underperformance and lack of education comes to light, and the presentation doesn't fit with the rank-and-file view of the organization. The "sphere" were the average JW is psychically in, doesn't match with wat they see on Broadcasting.

  For example the JW choir, is something that doesn't fit with the regular JW thinking.

  And the proof of 1914 either.

  Yes, the silence about Broadcasting is imminent in our direct family. Nobody mentions this new provision of Jehovah God.

  For the world outside the United States, Broadcasting is a signal that the organization is pure and one and only American. The performance of the magnificent seven is over the top Republican. I suspect Herd, Morris, Splane and Jackson of wearing cowboy boots behind the Broadcasting desk.

  This Broadcasting thing is in my eyes the beginning of the end, mainly for the non US culture countries.

  Maybe i'm wrong about it, let's see.

  the wts has published over it's existence during the years a flood of books and magazines.

  many of the content of this publications includes topics about the medical, social, history field and also counsel about life style.. the achilles heel of all these publications is, that they are written mainly by amateurs, without verification and validation.

  most of it is worthless.

  Many of the content of this publications includes topics about the medical, social, history field and also counsel about life style.

  The Achilles heel of all these publications is, that they are written mainly by amateurs, without verification and validation. Most of it is worthless. If you want to know how history did not take place, read a Watchtower history publication like the Daniel, Jesaja and Jeremiah-books.

  How come they away with it?

  Asking to reduce the local Bethel family: a know management strategy

  gorby has worked in some management positions and is now an management advisor for a > 20.000 employee corporation.. once in the five years we have reorganizations, integrations and restructures.. one of the used strategy's is to ask the people the following question:.

  "if you had to reduce 50% of your work, what priority's would you choose?".

  so, we ask our employee feedback for a 50% reduce of their work.

  The employee is happy that we are so stupid to implement 30% and we are happy the employee is so stupid to give "cart blanche", an insight in his real work.

  Management would not be management if they fight with their follow managers to implement the biggest reduce rate.

  And the advisor is the "laughing third" seeing the managers running on the floor.

  That's what happens now at the Bethel's worldwide. On the different levels the organizational people are searching to get the biggest reduce rate.

  That's the strategy behind "Asking to reduce the staff".

  In the Netherlands it's called the McKinsey method.

  Reason of financial problems WTS

  a non-witness insider told me this week that the wts has financial problems.

  that lead to halting down their building plans and lay off the special pioneers and.

  bethelites.. the reason of the financial stagnation is beside some bad investments,.

  My friend "the non-witness insider" has no role in the organization and he is one of the University professors that keeps away from being used by the WTS for their own reasons.

  Once upon a time he wrote a good analyse about the witness population, it's a standard publication, but hard to find these days.

  The contact he has with the higher echelon is informal. Can you understand that those higher people just like te speak with someone from outside, shearing their thoughts...

  That's it and no more than that!

  That's all I can say, and please don't do a guess-game.
