@slimboyfat i made the same conclusion, it seems they intergrated the broadcasting in the normal Watchtower publication format instead of a channel.
A strange case.
Maybe the next step is to downgrade all the publications and replace them by multimedia.

so with the news that they are remodeling patterson and expanding warwick, where are the funds going to come from?.
could this be a ruse like the need for thousands of kingdom halls proclaimed a few years back only to be replaced with the we realized the halls were not at capacity and the great sell-off began?.
maybe the hope is going to be that the sheep will give give give and then all of the sudden, after prayerful consideration the gb have determined that the current resources are sufficient to create the needed media and content.. my bet is that in 10 years it will all be consolidated to warwick and walkill and patterson will be sold to who i have no idea, but they own a ton of property in upstate ny..
It's a good real estate investment.
Opposite the lake at Warwick there is a big IBM office location.
So the real estate guys of jw.org know what they are doing.

The rank and file will pay the costs of the new facility. I think more will follow in the region there,

The ruling is about reselling the property to the original owner, because Watchtower didn't want to build on it.
My English is to limited to understand the ruling fully.
Can someone here make a conclusion?

with the ramped up rhetoric the last few years many were totally convinced the end would be here by 2019-20 .
and instead of making due, the org.
has burdened the brothers once again to donate and volunteer for the new and improved patterson and video production center to be completed by 2026!
