What I see is the poor state of individual jw's. Family in law are now in bunker mode and whatsapp messages about UN, religion, all that fits in their bubble. They will very, very disapointed later in time. Jw.org has to take care, in time they will lose a lot of members.

- politics with the end of globalisation, closed borders and new geopolitic friends (italy / china russia), lack of support and working together in eu and local politics, did the current politician the right thing?.

at the moment lots of jdumbs are using the 40 minute free modes, but the paper says it has made it free since the corona crisis.. i was just thinking this could lead to either a problem for jdumbs if zoom puts a hefty price for users or,their may be a opportunity for washtowel to dig their fingers into the pie as we have seen in their dealings.
its all about the money.. perhaps washtowel will develop their own and sell it to their members since they have most of this technology set up....donations can pour in again like water.... what are your thoughts!.

i've read on the forums that they suspended meetings and tried to hold them online.. but are they still doing field service?.

we all know that things are all going to be way different when we get through this milestone.. like hurricane katrina, people survived this but new orleans even 16 years later is way different.
our economy is like a shark that must keep moving through the water.
stop it and it will die.. the witnesses like many people in the world, have little to no savings.
There is between JW's much pressure to use Zoom for online meetings, with camera at home so everyone see each other. In meeting outfit.
There is a lot of focus to keep a group thinking.
So they are aware of the importancy of it for the jw.org organization.
Of course, they will make a landmark experience of it, like 1914 or 1918.
2020 the year of the last day of the last days.
Don't worry, jw.org will survive, maybe smaller but I expect they will profit of it in doctrine.
