it has been a dream for 2+ months.
a few calls i let go to voicemail but now the wife and i are getting bombarded with text messages.. this isn't going to be easy.. since we're not looking to throw a grenade into decades of relationships, text replies thus far have been..."thank you so much.".
Don’t reply and it will stop.
If they confront you with a question face to face answer “There is no need to answer that question, have a nice day”.
When they asked me “How are you”, I responded “Better then ever”. (Nice to see the reaction)

well i consider all of his books fictional but that's another story :-).
a while back i read about a novel that i understood was published by wt and there was some sort of connection with da judge.. i remember i found it online and was going to look through it but never got the chance.. now i can't find it and for the life of me i can't remember the name of it or the author.. unfortunately, google isn't helping.. it was about life before the flood.. anyone able to help?.

never thought that i would have witness such a massive doctrinal and structure changes as well.
i find it hard to recognize that religion.. what i can tell, like all of ex jw's is that wt going down.. their corporate directors know it.
What I hear is that congregations become grey and most elderly witness are sick.

so our family fade is well under way.
we changed congregations as regular attenders and left in good standing with those giving hugs and kisses simply knowing we "needed a change".
we moved to a neighboring congregation that is out of our original region knowing we would see no one and the two boe's wouldn't really have immediate dealings.
Exact the same we did, we moved to an other city.
They came to see us, but we replied "We have no need to make an apointment". Never heard anything again from them.
Heard recently that an old friend, now CO, comes to our region. I expect he will visit us 🤨

it was written in such a way that no one could accuse him of being another bitter old apostate.. once it registered in my brain, especially after reading the second book, i knew i had to get out!.
I read CoC in 1996 and direct lost my believe in the organization.
