  What has work for you, stop smoking.

  i stop smoking when i became a jw, so for 18-19 yrs.

  i stop.. this time around it,s very hard to stop.

  any suggestion..

  Hi Everyone:

  This is my first post. Going all the way back to the spring of 1974, I have

  been called a Goat, a Fence Sitter an Opposer and a Tool of Satan, and

  my wife was only a Study back then, so I hope I am among Friends.

  I have also been a smoker for 42-43 years, what worked for me was
