  Case: Keith Vidal- the teenager shot by an Officer in January in Florida. Keith was schizophenic, 2 Officers on the scene had tased him multiple times, he was on the ground. The third Officer on the scene, by reports, walked up to the other Officers and shot between them killing Keith. The Officer is alleged to have said "We don't have time for this".

  What so many of the Protesters world wide are saying is- Can the interactions between Law professionals and the public be less violent, are there better methods of training and interaction that can result in better outcomes.

  Officers should know that even without the presence of street drugs youths brains are not fully developed in the frontal lobe, the decision making areas. Its why youths (us when we were young) joy ride, speed, jump off cliffs into lakes, dare devil stuff.

  We have major structural repairs needed to the Nation's infrastructure, in excess of several Trillion dollars. Enough work for a few decades. Work for millions, work that can better communities. But we see time and again voters voting against their better interests. 'Small government', 'Sequestration' budget cuts.

  In our San Diego County the cost to fix what's here is in the Billions with over a ten year backlog. Jobs Programs, Jobs Training, these are within reach and exist but we need to accelerate these projects.

  You make available good careers, where someone can buy a home and put their kids through college and other normal pursuits you'll see changes.

  After WWII my Dad came home from the Service and was helped by the GI Bill and the GI Housing Loan programs as were millions.

  by the recent county court decision to not indict the lone officer who did the shooting which caused the death of micheal brown.. .. now after more information of the event has been released openly to the public, we can evaluate upon are self.

  Self determination and self-help are important factors in life. For 95% of my career I have run my own businesses. What works as impediments are rigged and corrupt systems, which exist everywhere not just in the US. Women in the private professional sectors earning 30% less than a man doing equal work, and a Congress where women and men take home the same salary voted against the Equal Pay Act. We are very strange. We just saw a landslide of Republicans elected by middle class white's who now see those same Republican officials writing a bill to cut out their Family Tax Exemptions but raise Corporate tax loopholes. If you can solve the paradox welcome to America....
