  i apologize in advance for the length.

  when i finally resolved myself to choose a nick, after a year and a half spent as an infamous lurker, i very likely thought to be the only one from this vaticanland interested in this weird net-place and its inhabitants.

  but yesterday i found out it's not this way.

  ok,,,i am patting myself on the back!!!!

  ( i did not take my humble pill today) i am just so happy and proud.... to anyone who reads this it may seem quite silly...but for me it is such an accomplishment... after months of therapy,,i have found the courage to "reveal" myself....i was able to reach out and write personally to 2 friends..it was great!!!!

Even with the best of intentions, they can be mistaken, such as men sometimes were in the first century. (Acts 10:9-15; Galatians 2:8, 11-14) However, their motive is pure, and Jehovah is using them to supply us with study aids to build up our faith in Gods Word and promises.

  hehehe, Refiners. Painting technician is a good term. I receive as much satisfaction in mastering my "craft", as I do in the finished product. It is rarely admitted, but artists are a pretty competitive bunch. When checking out someone else's work, a little imp inside my head is measuring it up. Does this artist have any clue??? And if an artist has more flash than substance (I've seen barbies floating in a fishtank labelled art), I gloat a little, wondering who will be suckered in to buying it. When confronted with someone who might be just a little bit better, I have an irrepressible urge to pick up my brush and create something dazzling (perhaps incorporating some of that other guy's genius). My teacher says competitive edge pushes artists to improve.

  in case you can not see it clearly, every brother and sister around this table, bethelites all, has a toothy grin as they gleefully study the day's bible text.. i need a better caption than the one supplied.

  Here's another one. Xena and Heaven, compliments will get you everywhere with an artist with ego. I prefer oils. Refiner's, I have no idea why you can't see the pics. I like your choice of colours. Vibrant and energizing.

  • I don't really care, because it is so wonderful to not be controlled by the Borg.
  • My apologies for the long post - I just felt the need to share my story.

  By not caring what action the local KH takes, I think shows how far you have come. Indeed, they no longer control your life. And the long post - yes! I went a little wild when I found this site. I had so much bottled up inside, and the WTS allows no voice. Believe me, it is a treat every time a newcomer shares a bit of their individual story. So much more vibrant and real than the pasteboard figures in a WT rag.

  Translation for article: Quit reading the Internet, do not talk about what you read, even if it is true you will be found guilty of slander, pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

  Here are some of my notes:

  The WTS degrades Christendom. That sort of judging is considered fine. The WTS shuns any one who leaves the organization. That sort of judging is considered OK. Weak ones are considered poor association. That sort of judging is fine. Now, they quote Jesus,

  Stop Judging that you may not be judged.. It is no surprise that the organization has trouble teaching its members not to be judgemental.

  Reflecting on this week's article, I did a little parable on trust called Tabby and Jay. I hope you like it.
