So would anyone else use this app? Care to give some suggestions? Good idea? Bad? I won't be charging for it, but it might have ads.

My Dad told me a few weeks ago about a interesting situation in his Hall. Ends up an older women died and had given her home to the Kingdom Hall. Well they decided to sell her home. The first ones who wanted to buy was this women's relatives. They were willing to give the hall 80,000 (or somewhere around that figure). The brothers got together and figured they could sell it for more. Now this house is in a rural area and is dilapidated according to my Dad. He was a little annoyed that they would be that greedy...or well that stupid. They think they can get over 150,000 for it. Which it wouldn't worth that completely renovated. Right now some brothers are living in it.
Now I know this is par for the course, but how could you refuse the family who wants to buy it? Damn, just that greedy.

", seems to be a pr puff piece aimed primarily at a european audience.

What organization doesn't brag about having good people? Who cares if they say someone prefers hiring them? Is this really what we have to stoop to? That is why I was saying it was a frame job, take something they said and try to figure out some nefarious or illegal reasoning behind it. I was probably reading more into it because of other peoples responses though and I see you were just simply asking if it was OK to admit to such things over there instead of implying the JWs were up to no good. So yea my apologies.
BTW: Subjectively - Relating to the real nature of something; essential.

Ideas on how to break the news to my old best friend that I do not believe anymore
by life is to short inok i hope i do not regret posting this but here it goes.. i was at bethel and met this sister, i worked with her and we became best friends.
i never had a true family as my parents were abusive and i never fit in with any of the sisters when i pioneered all the sister hated me and let me know it very clearly.
i never had any friends in the truth before her so i was amazed that she found any good in me.

tl;dr...but based on your question you want to do things slow. Don't burn a bridge if you don't have to. I think especially when you are raised a JW you are hardwired to convince people that YOUR opinion is right. So when you figure out you don't want the JW's anymore you automatically want to convince people that they are wrong and you're right. So you end up with two totally opposing forces with neither one really willing to give any slack. undercover had some good advice.
If you do decide you need to give her some of your thoughts be sure to do it in a way that will make her ask the question. Make it seem like you don't understand certain rules but aren't outright saying they are wrong. Pose questions to her that will make her ask questions.

Again it's fine giving emotional support but outside of that just tell him to call the police. I would be extremely cautious in helping him "track" down anyone.

Well on this board it usually comes down to be skeptical of anything good said about the org, but believe everything bad said about them. We should be skeptical of everything said about them good or bad.
