Davis, what conspiracy are you insinuating the people who he is suing believe? I'm one of the defendants. I made it clear I was not accusing him of sleeping with a minor nor did I buy into the salacious rumors without hard evidence. In fact, I don't think there are any who are being litigated against who publicly did accuse him of this. Can you point to a specific instance that one of the 7 defendants made a claim that would count as defamation?

Hey Lloyd, it's Jonathan. Do me next! I'm currently contacting lawyers in Zagreb. When the case gets tossed will you track me down to the ends of the earth? I'm sure you'll get pretty distracted if you come to Amsterdam. Make sure to steer clear of the red light district!

This site has a great overview on the Croatian legal system.
http://brochures.wolftheiss.com/en/7uTYfh2b/croatia/
The one crucial bit relates to getting judgments for rulings. Notice how he isn't suing anyone from a country Croatia has an agreement with.
Currently, there are 16 bilateral agreements regulating and simplifying the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, with Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Macedonia, Mongolia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovenia and Turkey, and one bilateral agreement regulating and simplifying the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards with Austria
It's all absurd on so many levels.

If Dijanna opened up it would be game over for him.
totally with you here.
However, the real question is why she doesn't do it? Our theory has nothing to do with love
It could be she can't until the divorce is final. Her legal advice could be to get a settlement first. I could see that as a legit reason. Or she just doesn't want to be caught in the crossfire of his scandals. Also fine. Eventually though I think she's going to realize she probably needs to set the record straight. Time will tell.

If Dijanna opened up it would be game over for him. But in some weird way his cringe actions are showing he's trying to get ahead of anything as fast as he can. His ego has him thinking now that he is single all his wildest dreams can finally be realized with women. This would be an easy exit for women, "Hey is this you on this forum they're talking about?". That rambling facebook post seemed like it came from... something. Someone else pointed out how he keeps leading people back to the evidence. All of this is just so insane.

Diogenesister I have my own theory for why he was so upset with me. My feeling is that either he had a weird respect for me (so he was more upset when I didn't take his side) or I was making the most noise on Twitter. The other side is, he could have gone after me because he thinks it's easier to get over on his followers. Someone like Jake with a large following he probably felt was a tougher hill to climb. I don't think where we live has anything to do with anything because I think he knows that Croatia has no jurisdiction.I think people are misreading cost. I've seen $8 allocated on a sheet here in Europe as 8,000. So I think his court costs were actually $122. That makes way more sense, and in a criminal case you couldn't claim liabilities as it would be a fine/sanction/imprisonment. He has probably paid his lawyers a total of $500 plus court fees. I really have a hard time believing so far it's been an expensive affair for him.

Burg3rtime here, my video with Kim actually breaks down bit by bit his video. So I'm amused that he submitted this video. A video a prosecutor would need to watch. Myself and Kim laying out our case based on the evidence known to the public based on a witness and Lloyd's own words. That's a pretty strong damn defense without needing to hire a lawyer. I just can't understand why he thought this would be a good idea. The case will never go anywhere. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that his lawyer told him as much and they said something along the lines of, "We can do it for $$$ but it likely will be denied or never go anywhere...but you never know..." and Lloyd had committed to following this through so he can save as much face as possible now.
The question now is, if Djianna divorces him how is Lloyd paying for the divorce? Is it Patreons? Is it those same Patreons that always brought up how Djianna and the kids were what was most important? How will they feel now that their donations are working actively towards fighting against her best interests?
Lloyd really is his own worst enemy.

@Vintage is that Polish law? Either way, his legal counsel could find an exit that doesn't materially hurt the client. For instance, wouldn't refunding him his money satisfy that as he'd be able to retain other legal counsel early? Or agree to transfer the case? These might be more preferable than getting your law firm dragged online. Maybe though, Lloyd wouldn't agree to any terms?
I'm so fascinated how Lloyd thinks this will play out. He must think he can just run out the clock but the cat is out of the bag. Each move just hurts him more.

I get lawyers sometimes can get bamboozled by their clients but at this point Lloyd's lawyer has to know the score. This is where I do think public pressure in a non harassment way is a good thing. Law firms who knowingly persue bad cases in an effort to shut up dissant should have to suffer the PR consequences of thier actions. In this case it gets tough cause they operate in Croatia so likely the PR from people in other countries doesn't bother them. What's funny is from all angles Lloyd looks like a fool. His legal council is laughing all theway to the bank. -

@Tibor, I hope you're proud of yourself for standing up and behind Lloyd.
