He wants to be an "entertainer", but he knows that his bread and butter is always going to be on the religious side. He tried standup comedy it didn't go well. He tried doing open mic nights for music, but it didn't go well. He wants to chase the high of his previous success without any of the work. It took him years to get the following he did and with music or standup, it would also take years. Years he is too lazy to spend. Much easier to get some headshots to give him an ego boost and slightly pivot.
By the way, someone on the reddit thread said they will do some digging for us to find out if it is public record at the courthouse itself. Stay tuned!

By the way I made a reddit post in r/askcroatia here getting some responses and I've tried to be a bit vague about it being Lloyd but you can see from there normal people are questioning Lloyd's legal stratagy.

@TonusOH I think you're spot on there. This is also just more evidence he has no clue how the real world works. His hook is being an exjw that's it. If he has anything else entertainment wise it would have happened. He also now has this scandal which will ALWAYS follow him because of he he reacted. I welcome his attempts because it will be fun to watch the fail.

I think Rogen is an idiot but at least you can objectively say he put in tons of hard work and has talent beyond just being a comedian. Same with Coffezilla. Lloyd has literally no real talent other than just asking questions in a stilted way. He got lucky he rode the wave of YouTube when people were desperate for mild ex-JW content. You can ride that wave for a long time unfortunately.

This photo shoot and his use of the images on his channel should be one of those, “tell me you know nothing about marketing without saying anything”. He is so delusional right now he thinks a big win is making some Hollywood style shots and slapping them on a banner. Yes new people looking for JW content are gonna totally think you’re the expert because of that. They won’t be drawn to the image that references exjw content. They’ll go for the channel with the guys name and only him on it. This would be fine if he wasn’t hemorrhaging followers and was still the established YouTuber. But he isn’t anymore.
This is why he can’t find an actual job doing this for a living. All these years of making videos and he still needs everyone else to do everything for him.

Toblerone that was 100% one of the reasons he did it. He probably also thinks he has a chance in comedy to make it big. These totally look like it’s for entertainment promotion.

My money is on the case was thrown out maybe even harshly by the judge. His entire defense has been that he will have his day in court. If the judgement is going to be made public this is his worst nightmare. He’ll do some mental gymnastics and get his dumb muscles back in probably a week. Having concocted what he believes is an air tight excuse or just pretend it never happened. If it is some STD expect him to milk that for all it is worth. Dude would happily become the face of herpes or HIV if he thought it would get him views and cash.

I wonder if the truth is somewhere in the middle. That the case was dropped due to the strike by workers. I would imagine judges etc.. would want to get as much caseload off their plates as possible right now. Just speculating here, but it could be they dropped the case off of the docket with the ability to resubmit. This would explain why online there is nothing about an actual decision/verdict.

That of course would mean Lloyd would need to essentially start from scratch. It'd also be another huge blow to him because it would show the court sees his case as not important. Knowing it was unwinnable to begin with there is zero reason to waste money and go at it again.
