One less pedophile I'll bet.
i attended the todays wt study and got notice of the illustration of jesus doing away capitol hill and barack obama.. i think the illustration passed the juridical advisors of the wts, having a blackout!
of are they trying to reach the anti government people like the tea party idiots with this kind of propaganda illustrations?.
is this a signal that the wts is anti democrats, anti obama?.
Take away the white hair and I see Spock. Sort of.
i just sent this letter to my dad 3 days ago.
i roughly translated it from spanish, so it has many weird sounding sentences but i just wanted to shared it with the board.
practically i just say good-bye to my family.
I hope love will prevail. Good letter.

people like to stop and appreciate a sunset.... but what is it they enjoy?
what do you enjoy?
who say its beautiful?.
A sunset, billowy clouds against a pale blue sky, the Grand Canyon. These are things that man has nothing to do with. The beauty of nature fills us with awe, humility and wonder. They can be an escape from our trifle thoughts, just as a mother sings a song to her baby to soothe it.

in the past, i have mixed frozen blueberries or cherries with plain yogurt, but i want to try something different, what should i mix the blueberries and cherries with?
thanks!

I have a really easy and delicious recipe that was given to me years ago by a sister. It's called 1-2-3 cake. It is so good, kind of like a cobbler. It is super easy, hardly any mess to clean up. Tastes good for as long as it lasts, which is not very long. We are talking an 8 x 8 inch cake pan, a 1 cup measuring beaker for the liquid ingredients and a small bowl for the dry ingredients. Mix them together and pour over the berries or fruit of any kind, fresh or frozen. Then, you will have the perfect desert. If you want the ingredients let me know.
It's Pacific time where I'm at so it's still your special day Mrs. Jones: Happy Birthday!

Grace,
I am ldrnomo's wife. I check out JWN sometimes. I am very familiar with you and I was thinking about you just a couple days ago and wondering how you are doing so I was very glad to see this thread. I do however wish you liked your new home. I know what an adjustment it can be. I looked after my Mom for about 8 years at two different senior/retirement homes. They were both good but it wasn't always easy for her to adjust although both places were quite good, one was excellent. I used to read to the seniors as a volunteer "Reading with WhereWasI". I read books to the lovely people there and I have fond memories of the relationships I developed with others there. My mom had developed macular degeneration and had some other difficulties but she was sweet and dealt with her problems the best she could. I think of her all the time. Maybe that's why I was thinking about you. I saw your interview when someone posted it and I can picture you and I marvel that you call yourself "mouthy" because you didn't come across that way to me but hey what do I know?

some of you may have read my jw ex-wife's e-mail to my son last night after i posted it.
this is my son's e-mail response to his mothers initial e-mail.
i think i'll just let this speak for itself.
Bravo to both of you!
Ya Justitia, I remember all those pine needles on my floorboards when out in the field circus!
(Gotta talk soon! If not Happy New Year)
Just to add to this Pacific Northwest thread: I have lived here since 1976. Still love the beauty. It's nice to try to get out of the rain by Jan or Feb but I think it's like that anyplace that requires a coat in the winter. It sure beats Detroit.
