  Has anyone else seen this video on JW Broadcasting?

  so i was checking out the website to see what the february broadcast was all about before i watched it with my jw wife.. on the front page was this video.... https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/vodbible/pub-jwbai_201607_1_video.

  i watched it and pretended i had never been a jw.. if you pretend you don't understand their particular language it makes for a interesting (if not vague) watch.. btw i've seen several of the actors before.

  we have purchased a bunch of great books recently, and one of them is from author kyria abrahams called "i'm perfect, you're doomed".

  i'm only 5 chapters in at this stage, but i just have to share that this is a great read!.

  i know some has been posted about leah remini and her split from scientology.

  i just wanted to add after finishing it last night, it is a must watch for questioning jws...every episode has familiar situations and parallels that will make jws really think (or squirm).

  watch it with someone you want to wake up!!!!

  ok, so i don't know if this is "old news", and if this has been seen, and or mentioned already.

  if it was, i do apologize, but i feel i have to mention what has been seen on tv, within the past 24 hours.. first off, i would like to say that i did not personally see this commercial.

  however, it was seen by someone that i can verify 100% is telling the truth, as it was my own father who saw it.

  sort of.

  mostly.i pop up rarely to chip in when my 'ardour comes up into my nose' about something lol, but still read the leaks and back-and-forth between the members here.

  i'm wondering if there are any here that are from new zealand or currently live there.

  i'm going to be staying there for a month in july 2017 ... location to be determined.

  disagree, how ever music taste is very personal and I won't criticize you for your choice.

  I like most music, with over 3,000 albums in my collection (digital) from classical to heavy metal/grunge, even like a little country & a heap of current popmusic.

  2016 Memorial Done & Dusted

  well on this side of the planet, the southern hemisphere/ new zealand, the 2016 memorial service in local kingdom halls will be over for another year.

  another great big anticlimax.

  some family and relatives will have gone - but unless i ask my sister, i generally have no idea about attendance and partaker numbers.

  I received a paper invite from a middle aged chap in a suit & tie on a very hot day, didn't have much to say, just, would you like one of these?

  I asked, what is it? all he said "an invite to a special occasion"

  I took it, knowing what it was, he went, and the piece of paper went straight to the recycle bin.

  Hell i don't even know what night it was, someone tell me, I was most likely working
