a jehovah witness man, kwabena afum and his wife, margret afum aka abena oduma, have had a brush with the law after creating an unnecessary chaotic scene at new edubiase government hospital in a bid to prevent medical officers from giving blood to their son.. .

kwabena afum was arrested last week tuesday and granted a police enquiry bail the next day for causing panic and chaos by allegedly mobilizing some members of his church to foment trouble at the hospital.. .

he has since disowned five-year-old jepheth asamoah, who is currently in the custody of the social welfare department in the district, even after his release.. .

Poppers: Sounds like the TG worked out well for you. You mentioned building strength, keeping muscles limber and stretching. That's what I'm looking for. (Don't get along well with bicycles).

Bluesapphire: I agree with you. I love swimming above all other activities. At this point in time I am still mobile enough to schlepp down to the local Y and swim in the pool. My hope is that the gait disturbance and balance problems will not get any worse. But if they do, something like the TG might be an option when I can no longer get to the Y.

Maputo: You're right about going to the gym. That's the best thing to do when you are mobile enough to do so. Fortunately, I can still get there and use their pool. The TG would be a worse case scenario option.

I guess everyone has seen the infomercial about Total Gym on TV. The one with Christie Brinkley and Chuck Norris. Has anyone on the forum bought one of these? If you did, has it turned out to be as good as they claim it is? Coping with diabetes and neurological problems so have balance and mobility difficulties. Not able to use recumbent bike or treadmill.

Did I say she should not speak out? I most certainly did not!

I say to anyone whether on right or left == Speak out! That's what makes this nation fantastic.

I will ask my question again. She seems to be playing a "part." It does not seem authenic to me. I wondered if anyone else noticed this.

Thats ALL i asked.

And I never referred to her as a moron == I would never use that term on anyone.

have you tried the new chocolate cheerios?

i didnt' think i was going to like this cereal,.

but i decided i would go ahead and give it a try.. they are available in most grocery stores, and if you like chocolate-- they are addictive!

As a Witness were you allowed to eat Easter eggs AFTER Easter and only if smashed up first??

my favourite was a humpty dumpty full of mm's....but we could only buy them after easter and if we broke them up....my mothers orders.....tonnes of half price eggs after easter..
