alright, so what is the deal with the thousands coming to the states right at election time seeking asylum?

i'm not up on this, usually try not to be, but how can this not be manipulative?

it's either manipulative in the size of the group and pressure that creates, or in where it started or who started this, etc.

More Congregations Being Dissolved - Atlanta, GA

so i had a chat with a pimo elder who lives down in georgia usa.

he said meeting with the co included direction for at least 12 congregations to be evaluated for dissolution in the near future.

i thought the bible thumping southern us was a jw hot spot?

The gb themselves know how its going to end as well because they are pushing everything onlinethe only thing im not sure off is wether they will keep on selling off kingdom halls off or the branch offices first

back in 2001, i left the jws rather abruptly.

i had discovered things about the watchtower that really made me quite angry, angry because i had been lied to, and it took me just to darn long to figure it out.

before i had left, my husband and i wrote 3 letters, one to the elders at our congregation, and two to our parents.

Well if the jws need a warm blanket etc these next few years they are going to have a nasty shock these next few years as they start selling more and more kingdom halls off

Great tribulation

you've likely heard all this before, but i had to laugh (silently) at the public talk today.. he focused on how close we are to the end.

we're not only in the last days, but we're in "the final part" of the last days.. also, we are nearing "the end of the final part of the last days".

he didn't read any scriptures backing up how the last days are broken up like this.. i went today since relatives es were visiting, but it was more entertaining than usual.. as well, the gb isn't warning us about armageddon, rather they're mainly warning about the great tribulation, which is "very, very, close!

i foresee great a very tumultuous road ahead for our dearly beloved governing body, or god(guardians of doctrine).

they need a much more flexible approach to these problems, instead of being narrow mindedly ridged, which seems to be almost impossible for these hyper brain washed fools for corporate jehovah.. looks like am#3 will be the most inflexible since he and corporate jehovah seems to know what each other is thinking and feeling, iow am#3 really thinks he can read jehovah mind that why we affectionately call him tight pants tony, he's probably a closet gay that gets real excited by nice looking brothers in tight pants, and perhaps a camel toe or two has caught his gaze(must keep those things hidden).

i don't see him ever jumping ship he looks like he will ride the watchtower vessel to the bottom of the ocean.. will some future events lead to a big deflection in governing body loyalties?

The watchtower have made all the cuts they can and now they are going to sell off kingdom halls off to keep warwick going and to make sure that the GB are well fed.Of course it will be "such a shame" when they have to sell of a kingdom hall off in texas or LA but its far more important to keep the world headquaters going than just a kingdom hall or two.As for the old faithful ones do you really think that the watchtower give a shit about them.

long hair girl thats why i an so pleased that the watchtower are now getting rid of kingdom halls, it will help people to fade but even the ones that are loyal must be having thoughts about where all the money is going.And also it will deter new people from getting involved if they have to go long distances
