Seeking advise on going to college/university

here is the current situation of an acquaintance of mine.. age early 40s.

currently lost her good paying job.. managed to find another reasonably quickly.

although be it with not good money but with the possibility of been able to take an adult apprenticeship which would increase her pay over time.. she is also looking into going to university in the new year.. here is the question i have bearing in mind the above scenario.

despite claims to the contrary, there's no guarantee the watchtower will be around in a few decades time.

and it seems to me there's ever mounting evidence that the opposite may well be true.

but it's not just that recruitment is down and their defectors are up.

If it were only just the cut backs in the printed material then i would not be so pleased but when they kick out 1000s of people from bethels around the world even thought they are due to be getting around $1 billion dollars from brooklyn then things start looking good

Then people wonder why i like to take their teaching books from the trolleys and trash them,getting up to a 1000 now if i can save just one person or family becoming JWs it will be worth it

according to charity commission records - http://apps.charitycommission.gov.uk/accounts/ends60/0001065860_ac_20120331_e_c.pdf - the chelsea & kensington kingdom hall in the centre of london had in 2012, "funds-on-deposit arrangement to branch" which amounted to 220,000.. i wonder how much they still have "on deposit", and how the fleeced sheep in that congregation are feeling now?

I think they are down sizing because they want to still be around in 15 or 20 years time

oh good now that they have took their "savings" out of the bank it will start to get intresting for the borg and for us even if they have just 1000 people at £10 a week for food that will be £10,000 a week just on food never mind all the rest of the bills

Those single page tracts are really coming into their own.I wonder if they will be printing any more of the teenager books that they printed about 3 years ago they were 318 pages long

Wouldnt think so for the cost of printing a two page brochure if you only get one or two thick people to give money then it will be worth it

In all the millions of JWs i am sure that there are a few who see the light but with family tradation and ritual and also shunning they just keep on doing what thet are used to

Changes to reporting

so it seems placing literature is not so important anymore, now that we live in a digital age.. we are being pushed to show videos instead.

this is the new reporting from next month, just hrs and any literature placed in one box and then how many videos you showed in another box.. bib changes for sure..
