  Kinda Sad Re: Cart "Witnessing"

  slightly redacted for privacy of those involved.. so, this is "park witnessing" in oklahoma.. the parks in this community are basically walking trails and some tatty playground equipment.

  most of the time, sparsely used, and today was a very blustery day.. notice the justifying comment- "quite a few" checking out the cart.

  i am sure they were..... .

  What Should the Minimum Wage Be (USA)?

  during the gop debates donald trump said that american’s “wages [are] too high” and later said “that having a low minimum wage is not a bad thing for this country” (7:25)..

  do you agree and if so why?.

  my two cents on this issue; do the math.

  scary21 talking about walmart if you go on to the worlds richest people 10 ten list 3 of the people there are part of the walmart family and they are worth billions of dollers each anf if you added all their money up they would be richer than bill gates.they have the same problem as lots of rich people do because they are so greedy and have such sad lives they NEVER have enough and are never happy.Nobody needs more than a billion dollars and once you have got a luxery house and a few luxery cars and go on vactions every month but lots of people fall into the money trap

  If people wages are too high how has donald trump managed to make billions of dollars.there is to much greed in the world when people who have millions and billions still want more.

  beth sarim you are right about the reduction of the magazines, 50 million magazines a month less worldwide and from jan 2016 they are undated not january but edition one, its so they can still be giving them out on the trolleys in 12 months time or even 10 years time (ive got some teaching books from the trolleys this week that were printed 10 years ago)

  nothing it suits headquaters just fine how things are now,people are able to get their 70 hours a month in and they are pestering people going door to door and the rank and file are not giving out many books or magazines

  speaking with inlaws i another congregation today who said exactly what is being said in our own hall.

  the trolly work is long and boring and no one even notices they are there anymore but walk right on by.

  jehovah really is speeding up the work lol.

  hi everyone.. thanks for the welcome a few days ago, it was nice to hear your support.. this is a pure speculation thread, but what do you think the next changes are going to be?.

  will we see tything come into play?.

  more evangelical style meetings?.

  this year they have got 16 page magazines that can be given out in a years time so that will go an 8 page magazine and then a single page tract

  i had to clear space in my shelves for new books that keep arriving.

  so... out with the "old light"!

  we got rid of all spares and duplicates and only kept one of each for the sake of memorabilia.

  i find that tearing them up brings me joy over 800 teaching books turn up and put in the trash

  ive never seen so many old teaching books that they cant give away on the trolleys from 2010 and 2006 but i try to bring a smile to the trolley dollys and take some books to put in the trash can

  Most Poorly Written JW Book

  so i was thinking the other day that the wt corp has produced thousands of books over the years.

  although the writers have changed the style is almost always the same.

  however, some books are just worse than others.

  The good new is though that if any body does want to read a JW book they will have to start to look on line for it because i doubt they will be printing any new ones
