Designs yelp! My friends too! I had friends from different halls too and I would hear so and so got disfellowshipped, did you hear... I was thinking seriously!?! Wow but they were so spiritual I though... (baptism never makes a person spiritual, it's in a persons heart between God and the person). People can perceive to be spiritual as a front but in reality they are far from it... even if they make good comments at halls, even if they go out every Sat, even if they study all their lessons, etc. Seriously it can be all a front. That is one thing I learned later... it was such a disappointment. But don't let other peoples actions or opinions spoil yours... it's just between God and you.

Oh and going out in service is I feel a good thing at that age (teenage years)... you can still be considered spiritual (cause you can carry on studies and research and answer ques that you may even wonder about) and continue to go out in service every Sat or whatever. I did with my friends and it's a fun way to hang out with friends too... I remember the good ol days going out in service with my girl friends, yeah they tell you to switch it up a bit and go out with older ones but seriously every Sat. that was our favorite thing... I saved going out with older ones when holidays or a day off from school, like summertime on Weds, was my thing.

I personally didn't get baptised like my friends did at age 15/16... I waited til I was 18. The peer pressure to even get Baptised was so so strong in our hall, it was the thing to do! And I defiantly wanted to be respected and be excepted as a muture and spiritual! But the thing is more people need to stress the importance of it and the seriousness of it. People change in their 20s and that is or around the time people get Dfed. If I could suggest anything it would be to wait!!

Haha exactly! Thanks for the comment... oh and that makes me think that's why JW beleive "wicked people" (their idea of wicked people which is everyone but Jehovah's Witnesses and unrighteous ones that never got the "truth" to began with befor they died) should be distroyed they need to make room for the past loyal followers of God. Cool... that was very positive... possible in every person?? Right now I think not but I think everyone has the power to have that type of thinking or experience in their life. maybe not everyday either but that's why we have memories... we can charish those moments like that.

I say "EAT ME" THEN!!
lol
I'm stubborn as h e double hockey stick. and I say my grandma is too...
My grandma is an awesome person but she don't like to go against what she feels is right... even if it is what the Watchtower says is right if she doesn't feel it's right then she will make a stand. She's a good Jehovah's Witness in my opinion.
I on the other had... I'm stubborn too but mine wasn't always for good I see now... it was because I was young and I thought that is what was good for me... anyways my point is.
Some people are stubborn and it doesn't mean they deserve to be killed... Some people have differences and that doesn't mean they are wrong!
So go ahead and try and EAT ME! (how can a sheep be stubborn yet be a symbol of hummbleness... dumbasses... an ass is stubborn... all just symbolic meaning of personalities that we can have, not meaning we are all permently one creature over another... we all have this quality stubborn, hummble, etc. )

I’m glad you mentioned that confuzzled.
I myself still feel that there will be a paradise this world will be as… but not quite what Jehovah’s Witnesses describe it.
My Dream of Paradise - I feel we are all born with good. That sometimes what life gives us effects how we turn out. Sometime also how we are born... Being imperfect and all isn’t what we expected and thus we have to face the world the way we are (ugly, dumb, gay, handicap, extremely short, being in an body of opposite sex, deformed, etc.) nothing is wrong with these differences but I had to list some things that our culture still has problems understanding or facing… that make ones feel weak… maybe even how we were raised or what environment we were brought up in effects us in a negative way. So go so deep into hate and anger… but really how would we know unless there was good?
I say that a paradise to me isn’t about being perfect but that good happens at every corner… we pray, we learn, we grow and God literally answers our prayers… he sends an angel and our own personal fairy godmother that granting each one of our wishes and answers all our concerns… (Again not through negative unrighteous gains but what a Righteous God feels you deserve).
No one dies no one loses anyone… just learns and feels the happiness in success or achievements, in friends, and in family, in life….
We still have anger, we still have disasters but all restored either by a miracle or by work of helpful people around us, we still have discipline but not anything that is over baring, we still have all that we have now in this life but we don’t have to be so patient to the extent we do evil or act out evil or negatively.
So the world is to small for all these people… I say God should let the world and planets get bigger then were we all fit on this earth. ha
That’s my thinking anyways…

Nation wide protest on the shunning policies of The Watchtower Organization!
by koolaid-man inon jan 21 and 22, 2011 a nation wide protest is being organized to alert people on the discrimination that is blatantly taking place in the watchtower organization.
the public needs to know about the disfellowshipping and subsequent shunning that is going on in the jehovah's witness cult.
this flagrantly heinous, wicked practice must be stopped.

What ATTRACTS people!! What groups are known for good actions... Community Volenteers, Support Groups, Church Volenteers etc.... This is what people are ATTRACTED too!! I say if I found a group like this SPEAKING OUT it would be a great benefit to helping the mistreatment of disfellowshipped, shunned, abused, etc.
I remember group members or support speakers coming to our schools, coming even to our work places, coming to special events... motivating me in wonting me to support what they were protesting about... spouse abuse, drug abuse, child abuse, etc.
If it got me thinking just imagine how others would feel.... Relating it to gang leaders, cult leaders, spouse over powerment.... we could help the whole community... not just Jehovah's Witnesses but other religious control or whatever.
I think someone needs to get ahold of Steve Hassen, Barbara Anderson, Randell Watters, other good speakers... a whole group of those people I came accross through my research on the internet, to give these speaches too. I loved hearing them on the interent, in person that would be a wower.
Just my ideas on things.... who's that motivated (not really that type of person to jump up for the oppertunity)... but whoever Nikki is and others like this person.. I will fully support. Come around Indianapolis with a group and I would totally be there fully supporting!!

I agree with Undercover too!!
Remember when we were once Jehovah's Witnesses!! This is persecution in their eyes!! We are the enemy and they are sadden because they sacrifice so much to be so good and loving... shunning is not a choice to them! It is law in their eyes... that GOD commanded them to do... like Abraham sacrificing his son... They aren't killing people just displaying loyalty and supporting discipline for wrong doing.
The educational part is so so important right now!! Not showing hate toward them but showing consern... Supporting members of the churches who suffer... family members etc... In effect we can ask and compare leaders... like who is behide all of this? God... but God is loving kind... what motivated people to follow Hitler, to follow any Cult leader that claim to have God's backing.... Just get them thinking...
We need to show and act not as "apostates" but "helpers" "God's angels" as it were... Jehovah's witnesses are attracted to kind hearted spiritual people... I should no I only hung out with other church goers at school... even if I thought they didn't have the "truth" they were good people and I surrounded myself around people like them.
