Why is it that the elders are able to determine whether or not a person is repentent of sin when the scriptures show that our sins are forgiven through the ransom sacrifice of Jesus, and that he is THE mediator between God and men.
Why exactly do JWs believe that they must follow the FDS in order to have a relationship with/be approved by God?
ALL Christians that are faithful and discreet are who Jesus was referring to; EVERY Christian "feeds" and serves others. The 'Kool-Aid' version for the public seems to me to be the same, MINUS the goofy opinions of prophecy, and the encouragement to put trust in this so-called slave class... (My GUESS) Elders must ALSO remove those tjhat are EVIL from the congregation, thus rely on prayer and scripture in MOST cases...NOT all! The "Governing Body" has lately been promoting themselves FAR too much, and constantly demonizing anyone who doesn't follow their every 'suggestion'. THIS is what is ALARMING me; we have the TRUTH, yet those at HQ show some bad signs... -
